Ok so, first time ordering from here, prices are great tbf. I ordered at a weird time, just before midnight on friday the 13th and got free delivery spending over 50 on 9 fragrances.

It came fast considering they don't count weekends, it came on the wednesday, slight issue being they text me wed morning 8 am saying its expected between 11-12. such short notice so bear that in mind if thinking of using them.

DPD local do offer options if you're not home though, but i was this time so didnt explore it further. Also they didnt reply to my enquiry about the delivery via email, so not sure about their customer service.

Really cheap price so was a little apprehensive if it would even arrive.
However arrived exactly on time, in great condition - in fact was wrapped far better than products bought from household name brands.

Ordered 2 bottles of doublebase cream,1 for my daughter-in-law who lives in the midlands, she received hers,I am still waiting for mine I live in Suffolk. I have telephoned-no answer, emailed them - no reply, WhatsApp them received an automated reply stating someone would get back to me in a couple of hours - still waiting, not impressed 1st time I have used this company, think it will be the last.

They ask for information one email at a time, i paid for next day delivery yet after i placed my order i receive q email qsking if i have a perscription i said yes and qttached a photo, the next day i receive a email stating i need to send them the physical perscription and do not wven state the postal address it should be sent to, qll of that 3 days worth of emails could hqve been stated in just 1 email instead of wasting 3 days , if you jave a prescription and need it quick yhh do not use this service, 3ven after i stated the issue of correspondqnce they did not care they just said your orders been cancelled and refunded within 7 days, qbsolutley awfulllll swrvice

I discovered Clear Chemist while searching for a perfume and I am impressed by their wide selection of perfumes at comparably cheaper prices! Also their customer service is great. On this occasion I had to have my shipping expedited and the warehouse manager was immensely helpful, going above and beyond. I’ll definitely recommend them.

Paid next day delivery and the parcel delivery as never attempted and then went back to sender. No refund or replacement. I have contacted the company and no reply whatsoever. Very disappointed. This is my first ofer and will be my last unless they do what's right and refund me or send out a new pack of the medicine I purchased
