Eric could not have been more helpful at every stage of the mortgage process. He continually offered advice and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review.

We are first time buyers and Eric was simply fantastic and made the process as easy as can be. He was incredibly knowledgeable throughout and was able to advise us on pretty much everything related to buying our house, we simply could not have done it without him

It's been a long process, as we started to look for homes almost a year ago now, with our first purchase unfortunately falling through. With that first purchase, we unfortunately had an incredibly rude estate agent and greedy vendors to deal with, and Eric went above and beyond by taking over communications with the agent. He was also very supportive when this purchase fell through and we moved onto the next, for which there was also a long and bumpy road.

The time and effort Eric has put in with communicating with third parties, our solicitors and agents, as well as taking the time to find us the best mortgage deal possible is second to none. The service provided enabled us to make informed decisions quickly, we felt prioritised and listened to and he was always available to talk to either through email or phone.

We are now nearing the point of completion, and Eric has gone one step further by organising our life insurance and critical illness cover, something which we struggled to do online.

We felt very secure the entire time and Eric had our utmost confidence.
As if it wasn't enough that he provided an outstanding service, it would be worth mentioning Eric's fantastic character, he is very friendly and warm, supportive and kind, which only topped off an already excellent service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A big thank you to you Eric, we couldn't have done it without you.

Andy takes time to listen to your needs and is always at the end of the phone for questions or updates. Andy is prudent when looking at suitability of a mortgage and has always been honest and detailed in his recommendations.

House buying can be nerve racking at the best of times, but I have to say that
Eric has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole experience and helped to alleviate a lot of the concerns we had. He was punctual and professional throughout, would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.

I'm so glad I used Clear Choice to help me with my mortgage. Andy walked me through each step and helped me pick the right mortgage for me. He didn't try and push me into anything more expensive and as a first time buyer he made sure I wasn't taken for a ride. When things started to go wrong with my solicitors, Andy chased them for me and kept progressing my case - he did everything he could to make sure things kept moving and without his help I may still be waiting for a completion date. I can honestly say that although this process has been difficult, Andy made it so much easier for me. If I ever need financial help again, I will definitely use Clear Choice and I recommend that everyone else does too.
