lowered my policy payment.

Switched to Clearcover last year due to price. To be honest I was somewhat leery due to them being a newer company. I never had an accident or claim until I hit a deer a few weeks ago. I have to say Clearcover was awesome through the whole process! Was able to go on the app, arrange for a tow to my house, file my claim. From there I was contacted to button up a few things (detail events, more pictures of vehicle, verify there were no bodily injuries). Told them where I wanted the car taken and they took care of the rest (outside my deductible of course). Picked the vehicle up yesterday and got another follow up from Clearcover to ensure everything was complete. We’ll see how much my rates go up after this claim, but as far as the claims process is concerned I give Clearcover two thumbs up!

They let you do everything by your own from asking the other company to pay you to find the body shop to repair your vehicle. THEY ARE USELESS AND HOPELESS. DONT EVER GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Warning stay away from this crooked company!!!! Overseas not even based here.If your lucky you might get a qoute.Took me 5 days just to get an operator on the phone.Says press 2 they'll call you lol they called 4 times and hung up after 1 ring.These are ripp off companies!!!And they posted a reply and said theyll contact well been few days and still haven't.
