My loan officer Jose was great! We did everything over the phone and he made the process extremely easy. He communicated often and broke down every single number. He answered all my questions and made sure to update me in in a timely manner if there were any updates. This was my first time refinancing on my home loan and I was honestly nervous but Jose made the process so easy for me.

There is no doubt whenever an individual or family refinances their property fear of the refinance will not go as planned. However, the various contacts at Clearpath Lending assured me, both in word and in deed, that the loan would go through and fund. I am pleased to say that within 30 days it was in fact funded and we now have a lower monthly payment. It was, just like they said it would be - quick and easy.
