This has been my been my best refinance experience thus far.

I absolutely appreciate the consideration and time Clearpath did to get my refinance plan all together.
My representatives took the time to explain things to me and would call or text me day or night when I'm frustrated or absolutely needed information on my loan. Who does that nowadays? But they will, Nancy was patient, along with a her supervisor Ms.Pumpa together they got me through this process and now I'm able to have a fresh start thank you guys.

From start to finish they explain everything and keep you informed of what is happening and what is going to happen next. Would definitely recommend their services and I have used them three times now.

consolidated bills on refinance, rate kept changing as well as payment because they didnt include escrow, then payoff checks were short of payoff amount, wish i had not refinanced

I decided to go with clearpath lending after many years of refinances through Clearpath with my previous VA loan. I was on the loyalty program but didn't really know what it meant. when I called I was told I couldn't lock in a rate for 90 days on a new build. a week later, Steven Carroll called me and he went the extra mile and found the best lowest rate for me on my loan and locked me in for 60 days on a VA loan. I chose clearpath after turning down incentives from my builder to use their lender ($3,500). Turns out the incentives are used up in extra charges for points leaving $1,000 incentive, but I still did not waver. The interest rate was 1/2 point higher with the other lender. I am so happy with my loan. it was easy and Steven and Aisan were very helpful right up to the end with emails, calls, and help. I will continue to use Clearpath for refinances if needed. Steven will call me if rates go down 1/2 to 1 point this year. Thank you Clearpath for a job well done! Loyalty program works! Customer Service is the best with Clearpath and they know VA loans.

I had a VA experience with Clearpath Lending twice. Last time worked with a wonderful and kind lady named Mamta Patel. She helped me out which I am very grateful. Always available to talk and answer questions, even later at night. She is sweet and very understanding. Also the loan processor Aisan was very helpful and nice. Always emailed me quickly with information. She appreciated my help too to make things easier. Would definitely call Mamta again for her great skills and very nice personality.

I have used ClearPath Lending multiple times now for Refinance and Home Equity cash out, every time has been excellent with no complaints. I have been kept informed of the Loan progress as it unfolds and the communication between me and the Loan processors was good, they keep everything easy. Mr. Joe Coutino, Mis Zoey Irvine, and the rest of the team that took care of my Loan were as expected excellent service! I will use ClearPath Lending again in about 6 months from now for a Refinance of my home, with grate service comes repetitive and happy costumers!
