ClearPath Lending is the company to use
We recently refinanced our home and got to work with Wes. We have worked with him before and he is very professional and knowledgeable about everything. This was my second time refinancing
This was my second time refinancing with ClearPath Lending. Both times my loan officer was Anthony, I enjoyed working with him. This time my loan processor was Henny. If I had a question, they were ready to help. The first time was just a refinance, this time was refinance with cash out. they helped me to pay off some loans and credit cards. I am pleased with the process.

Always there to help
We started with clearpath in April 2019. We refinanced twice with them to lower our rates and when times got tough they worked with us through a deferrment and helped to make a payment arrangement till we got caught up. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great work from one's who know what to do.
During the process Ms. Le and Joe where able to stay on top of things. They let me know what was needed, when it was needed. I was able to get it all done when it was requested and I'm sure this made things go much faster. They kept me up to date. The above individuals treated me with respect (as a person & Vet.). I know that they did the best they could and I appreciate it and all they did to get this done.

This is the third time I have worked…
This is the third time I have worked with Wesley and the rest of the team. Twice i just did a refi for a lower interest rate, this time I did a cash out refi and it closed in 14 days. My debts have been paid off and i couldn't be happier. What a team you have, it was quick, and it was easy. Thanks to all of you. I will be talking to you again soon when rates go down. Thanks again
