I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of Clearpath Lending before. Honestly, I am glad that I overcame my apprehension and and completed the application with Henry Cardenas . I can truthfully say this refinancing was the easiest and fastest transaction that I have ever experienced. My husband and I have purchased a total of 8 homes, which means eight closings and by far this was the easiest and fastest of them all. I can;t say enough about Henry Cardenas.. He was so patient and understanding and very professional. Explained all of my many questions in details. Overall, I have nothing to compain about only how satisfied we were. Yhank you ClearPath.
