My partner had a letter from a bailiff yesterday, contacted them this morning and they were extremely offhand, completely unreasonable and demanding close to £1000 today upfront and threatening prison if it wasn’t paid. My partner suffers with PTSD and anxiety so she was extremely stressed about it all. After struggling with CCJs, debts and receiving a high court order, I was unsure of how to move forward and extremely anxious and embarrassed to approach anyone to help me. But when enough was enough I got in touch with clear path debt solutions, a number I found on Google. I researched the reviews on trust pilot and was impressed by what I read and for that reason I chose to give them a call. I immediately received a call back from Keaton, who from our first telephone conversation has been so approachable, understanding and beyond helpful. After having 2 enforcement agents at my door for an unpaid fine and a "pay up or else" attitude I reached out to clearpath. I first spoke to a lady called Becki who, despite finishing her shift in 3 minutes, stayed late to get my circumstances assessed and then sent through to Daniel.

Not really knowing where to turn I reached out to Clearpath by answering a few simple questions on an online form. I was contacted as promised the following morning and put through to Senior Debt Advisor Thomas Doherty who took stock of my financial situation and carefully talked me through all the options available to me in a clear, concise and non judgmental way. My particular situation was complicated by a Bailiff visit that Thomas was able to deal with while my chosen debt solution was put into place. I can’t recommend Thomas and his colleagues enough. Everybody I spoke to were sympathetic and non patronising. Excellent service.

Firstly, I’d like to say a massive thank you to Thomas Doherty a Senior Debt Advisor for Clearpath Debt Solutions who helped me through a very stressful experience. I received a letter from Highcourt Enforcement Officers claiming I owed an amount of £1750 after not paying a PCN charge and said they had sent multiple letters which wasn’t the case of course. They stated in the letter I have 7 days to pay this amount or they would begin removal of assets. After speaking to Thomas he went through the letter thoroughly with me and gave me all the steps I need to take.
