My case was complex - contractor income, remortgaging an existing BTL to Residential, debt consolidation, partial interest only, additional borrowing, multiple BTLs in the background.. you name it - the broker that I have used for the past 20 years wasn't able to help in this case so I gave Cleerly a go. The process was pretty long and there was a huge amount of information and evidence that needed to be gathered but I was really pleased (and surprised!) that I didn't need to repeat any of it with the lender themselves, Ed handled all that with what I provided to him and made sure that absolutely everything was in place so that when we were ready to make the formal application everything sailed through in just a couple of weeks with no further questions.
