The clinic was easy to find. I was a bit worried that I wouldn't get a certificate of proof but the receptionist was very helpful and assured me that I would get that, as well as a vaccination booklet, which is a legal document. The doctor was friendly and explained the procedure (it was a Yellow Fever vaccine as I'm off to Chile next year). I was a little nervous as I had had one many years' previously and was aware that you can experience a banging headache afterwards. This time, however, that didn't happen. I felt a little bit tired but by the next day I was fine. I would recommend this surgery as they were incredibly efficient - the price was good as well: much cheaper than Boots or Superdrug.

Reception staff answered my anxiety queries and put me at ease prior to my visit and Kieran was excellent from start to finish considering and explaining the situation. Although slightly painful at times in my left ear, he reassured me as managed to clear out both ears of a considerable amount of wax and prescribed some ear drops and advised as to how to manage my earwax issues going forward. It's always a concern trying to get health care issues addressed these days with the frustrations of trying to get appointments, trying to get to speak to someone, tying to deal with online patient services where it's wellnigh impossible to get requests for mediation correct and actioned as requested so it was really most gratifying to be able to book an appointment at Cleland Pharmacy easily and to be seen promptly and dealt with I the highest professional manner. Amazing unbelievable outcome instantly after treatment. I know it is only ear wax removal but how often do you come out after an interaction with an HCP and feel an immediate instant positive response and improvement!
I don't do reviews normally but felt these guys deserved one. No wonder they get five star reviews consistently Any thanks, Bill

Lovely, friendly staff. The girl serving went out of her way to engage with an elderly villager who was telling her all about her mum. So sweet and nice to see someone putting off time to listen. Provided a great service overall.

Absolutely brilliant service ! I needed ear wax removal and it was very ‘challenging ‘ for lovely woman doing it . She went above and beyond .

It was easy to make an appointment online. Staff were very welcoming, checked all my details and explained clearly what would happen during consultation. Vaccination was discussed and rational why l would benefit from receiving it plus and side effects l could possibly experience. Follow up information and advice given. Overall experience was very positive and professional.

Simple to book appointment and was taken timeously.
The young male member of staff was clear in his directions and instruction and kept me updated about all he was trying to achieve.
Unfortunately he wasn't able to remove all of the obstruction in my ear canal butthat wasn't his fault.
He gave me good aftercare advice

Received my appointment within a few days. Pharmacist very friendly, made me feel very comfortable and explained fully the treatment and aftercare.
Only took a few minutes, a little nippy but not painful. I’ll definitely return if I require more treatment in the future.

Attended for cryotherapy to remove a viral wart. The staff were very pleasant

My son is very self conscious about warts on his hands,paid for cryotherapy as have tried everything else,only giving 4 stars as I found the treatment very expensive,fingers crossed it works and has been worth it ..staff are very nice and friendly

Visited the pharmacy today for skin tag removal treatment. Before the appointment I had sent an email to request some information. Received a call back within 24 hours and was able to discuss things over the phone.
Appointment was available within 3 days from phone call.
Parking at pharmacy. Staff were excellent. Treatment carried out quickly and all paperwork and stages discussed. Next steps also reviewed.
