Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr guten Essen.

PROS
1 The beds are extremely comfortable
2 The infinity pool is over 50m and a great pool
3 The infinity poolside staff are nice and friendly.
4 The food is ok but not 5 star level more 3/4 star. Warm water. stale bread, etc
5 The gardens and landscaping is to a very high standard.
CONS
1 Unable to use restaurant booking system in business centre. Continually blocks our login
Every day we tried. We tried for 7 days. Three hotel staff logged us in so far over those days. Finally told that the hotel need to log us in manually at hotel reception
Finally found out someone at hotel entered our details incorrectly. Once corrected no problem.
2 The hotel booking ATM is not working outside the restaurant. All screen options do not work for last 10 days:
3 Booked a room with a garden view ended up with a view of the road, parking spaces and another building. I told reception that was not the room I booked and showed them a picture of the room as advertised. They said they only had rooms with similar views left. I was not happy. They said I could update our room to a pool view at a cost of £450. I was forced to do this as I didn’t want a room with a view of of the road, parking spaces and another building close by and directly in front os us.
4 WiFi is free but patchy and seems to suffer at busy times
5 Got some sort of sun hive rash after swimming in infinity pool. Recreation manager said he would bring pool test results for 22nd Feb to confirm pool was fit for use. But did not.
6 Spa is expensive petticure manicure and facial coat £100. This was allegedly the deal price.
5 The marble tiles outside the main building are slippery but no signs for people to be careful
5a staff clean the marble floor and do not put up “wet floor sign” my wife slipped twice. Very slippery after 🧼 by marble floor.

8 This hotel does not use currency less than 100EP. Asked reception for change, then guest relations then every bar and restaurant.
Why can’t you get any currency lower than 100EP? it so staff get higher tips ie 100 instead of 50
9. The hotel staff walk through we guests relaxing on sun beds as opposed to staying on the road ways I.e taking short cuts or nosing at guests?
10 Entertainment is a mixture of kids, music quiz, karaoke which is basic and a pub standard
11 some reception staff are somewhat arrogant and treat you in a way where you feel unwanted and causing an unnecessary work for them.
12 Lunch menu at beach bar never changes. Surely they could sort out a special of the day?
13 The staff shout across you to each other while you are relaxing on your sunbed.
14 lack of instructions for guests in room
Eg how to operate central heating
15 I booked this hotel as it had a business centre. However, there is not one computer in the whole resort for guests to use. This was very important to me. A 5 star hotel with not one computer for guests to use. Confirmed by reception and guest reception staff.
In fact the only thing in the business centre is a restaurant booking system and a cash ATM Machine.
16 there is no “NO DISTURB SIGN” to put on door. This means staff can walk in your room at any awkward time. If you have the door catch on and staff try to enter it’s really noisy. Will definitely wake you up if testing.
