Excellent job by Joao Prissinote and the Clever Closet Team
Excellent job by Joao Prissinote. He was quick, professional and precise, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. I am genuinely delighted with the final result.
I am also very happy with my overall experience with Clever Closet. From the initial consultation through to the competitive quote and final installation, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Although there were a couple of hiccups and some back and forth due to updates to the final layout and arrangements for the parking space, the team remained patient, clear and accommodating throughout.
Thank you to Joao and the entire Clever Closet team for doing such a good job. I am very pleased with my new space and would happily recommend Clever Closet to others.

Brilliant job carried out by Joao (Acct 108753)
I just had my understairs storage fitted yesterday. Joao and his colleague Davi did a fantastic job - so good I almost cried with happiness! No more tripping over shoes, brooms or dog leads! The whole process was slick and quick from start to finish - from initial consultation and survey, through to the installation itself. Before leaving, Joao talked us through how to get maximum performance and longevity from the cupboards. The guys were really pleasant and worked quickly and quietly with minimum mess or disruption. Clever Closet were great at organising the visits and payment with a friendly no fuss approach to providing a high end quality product. Definitely to be recommended!

WPW JUST WOW
WPW JUST WOW! So glad we used clever closet for our under stairs storage, from my first phone call with Gerrard, to booking in with lisa (and her follow up calls to check we was happy with everything) to stuart coming out to size up (and showed us how we could maximise the space we had to jason sanderson the fitter we couldnt be more happy! Jason didnt stop today and his workmanship is second to non. It honestly looks amazing and shows how much wasted space we had! Would highly recommend this company for the level of service we received from everyone. Huge shout out to jason for being so friendly, helpful and leaving my house spotlessly clean at the end

Not recommend
I would strongly advise against hiring Clever Closets unless you are prepared to deal with damaged walls, a destroyed floor, delays, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
I was supposed to have a cupboard under the stairs installed by them back in August. After they were already delayed, they sent someone who was completely incompetent and treated my home terribly. He was also extremely rude.
After numerous discussions and emails, including having to threaten legal action, they finally sent someone else who managed to fix the problems.
What should have been a straightforward installation turned into a very stressful and frustrating experience. I definitely do not recommend Clever Closets.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with your installation and, in particular, the damage and disruption you have described. We fully appreciate how frustrating and stressful this must have been, especially when the installation should have been straightforward.
We are pleased to understand that the subsequent visit resolved the outstanding issues, but we recognise that this does not take away from the inconvenience and frustration caused along the way.
A member of our management team will contact you shortly to discuss your experience with you directly. We would like to understand the full circumstances and ensure that your concerns are properly reviewed.
