I rarely write reviews but need to share my experience with this servicd for others lookig for equopment for their child.
We ordered a number of products a couple of weeks ago. The most of these arrived the next day with no issue. One product was missing and we contacted the provider and was informed this item was not currently in stock and we would need to wait up to 3 weeks. We had no issue with this even the product remained as in stock on the website.

Three weeks later we contacted the service and kept getting told the product was on the way but was delayed. Eventually we were informed it had arrived and would be with is us soon. A week and a half later there was still no product and we kept getting a variety of excuses that the courier was at fault. After two weeks we got the delivery but we were very disappointed that the product we ordered had not been delivered but a cheaper version had been sent.
This price of equipment was of poor quality. It was sequin based and in two section the sequins could not be moved. In the other sections the sequins never fully returned to the original colour. This was upsetting for our child with ASD. He adores sequin boards and this the final piece of his sensory room.

Given our experience with this service we will no longer use this in purchasing equipment for our son. We feel very let down and that we were given the round these last few weeks.

We had ordered a peg board for our Son with ASD. He uses this particular one in school. When the product arrived it was the wrong product and we contacted Steve who was more than helpful. He told us the item we originally looked for was out of stock and would send one when it came back into Stock and told us to keep the one we received at no extra cost.
We contacted Steve again for an update and unfortunately the product was no longer available and they had tried different sources. Steve issued a refund and has sent a package as a goodwill gesture.
The service we have received has been fantastic and although we did not got the item we requested we would happily shop with clever kids again as they have gone above and beyond with their customer service.
We would 100% recommend cleverkids for their service alone.

I was searching for a particular gift for a friend's daughter. It was sold out in lots of places so I happened upon Clever Kids in my search.
I ordered it late last night and used the website's chat feature to ask a question about my order. I received a reply at 10.30 am today to say it was already dispatched this morning! What a fantastic service, especially at a very busy time of year.
A brilliant experience with Clever Kids and I definitely recommend them!

I have been dealing with this company for 4 or 5 years now. They are a pleasure to deal with. Resources are all competitively priced and of superior quality . The company has gone above and beyond to source resources specific to our purpose, ethos and school. They are efficient and professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough !!

Little Rainbows commissioned Cleverkids to do a full fit out of 8 classrooms in our new Belmayne service. They were excellent. Great follow up customer service! Very happy with the quality and price. We will definitely use Cleverkids again and we would recommend them highly.

Fantastic customer service and quality products.

Had paid and ordered a book. No email updates on shipping for over 3 weeks. When I contacted to enquire, was only then informed that the book was discontinued.

Cleverkids has a great range of good quality equipment, which is important when spending funds. We need to buy products that will last when used by a large group of children. The people are really great to deal with and delivery is always very prompt.

ordering goods and website excellent but delivery of goods total disaster, still waiting on partial delivery 2 week later. cleverkids don't follow up on delivery so it a lot of time wasting with phone and emails to cleverkids to follow up. not a happy customer.
