Really disappointed in this service
Really disappointed in this service. I ordered an item and it was dispatched via Royal Mail with the only option to get it delivered with a pin. Working full time, I had 2 delivery attempts when I was able to arrange it for a weekend. After staying in all day for the delivery, the pin I was issues did not work. When flagging this with the pharmacy, they stated that I would have to wait for Royal Mail to send it back and they wouldn’t be able to issue a refund, meaning I’d have to wait over a month without my medication or my money. My medication had been out for over a week at this point. Overall, the delivery service is very poor.

We're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the delivery of your medication. We understand how inconvenient it is when a delivery doesn't go as planned, especially when it involves important medication and you're working full-time.
Regarding the issue with the PIN not working for collection at the Royal Mail depot, we advised trying to collect your parcel when you're able to. However, we understand that your work schedule makes this difficult.
Unfortunately, as your parcel is currently held at the Royal Mail depot, we're unable to issue a refund or replacement until the item is returned to us. This is because there is still a possibility of the parcel being collected.
We know this situation is far from ideal, leaving you without your medication or a refund for an extended period. If you're unable to collect the parcel from the depot, please let us know. We'll do our best to work with Royal Mail to have the item returned to us promptly so we can process your refund or replacement.
We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
