My dog and I met Kate whilst out and about! We went along to the Teenage Tearaway courses. She really is the expert you need to help you with your dog. Excellent knowledge, explains brilliantly; approachable and friendly. Great value for money as her advice and training will give you the right understanding and confidence you need for a life time with your canine companion.

Kate is the most knowledgeable, caring and supportive trainer. She makes training fun for both dogs and the humans! Her experience is outstanding and she’s always on hand to help and answer questions.
Kate has a long list of qualifications and experience. Only using fun, reward based methods, I wouldn’t choose to work with anyone else.
Cannot recommend enough!

Kate has been wonderful with our newly rehomed boy - he’s a little reactive sometimes and Kate made us feel welcome with constant positivity and reassurance - which was a blessing. She skilled us up with some great tools to use to keep him engaged and we worked hard being around other dogs (not something this pooch finds easy!). Kate has answered various messages from me throughout the whole process; finding the dog, visiting, deciding to bring him home, initial concerns - and that has been an absolute blessing. Thank you for teaching people how to be positive with their pooches - have loved learning from you and Casey.

When I contacted Kate I was at breaking point. We'd welcomed a border collie puppy into our family, but (in hindsight) had been completely unprepared for what we would need to do. We'd been to puppy training classes elsewhere, but his behaviour seemed to be getting worse, not better. Barking at other dogs, chasing cars, poor recall, pulling on the lead - it just wasn't fun any more. Enter Kate! Getting in touch with Kate is the best thing I have done for us all. One training session later and I felt full of hope that it might actually be OK. Then a few more down the line we started to see some huge improvements, not only in the puppy but also in ourselves as owners. We were finally starting to learn how to be better owners and had the confidence to learn and try new things! There is still a way to go for us all, but I know with Kate we will get there. You could not ask for a more enthusiastic, supportive and knowledgeable person to learn from. She's awesome and I highly recommend her.

We’ve really enjoyed our sessions with Kate. Our year old puppy has come on leaps and bounds m her progression classes (as have we!!) as have the others who have been in the same group as us. Would highly recommend.

We've had our first session with Kate and it went brilliantly for both of us. My over anxious Maltese settled with Kate very quickly and I felt supported and listened to. I can highly recommend Kate.

Kate is brilliant with both puppies and their owners. She makes the sessions easy to understand and fun, breaking everything down with practical advice for when at home. I would highly recommend her training sessions.

I have been to a few of Kate’s classes over the years and would recommend her to anyone! Kate has a wealth of knowledge and experience of working with dogs and is passionate, friendly and enthusiastic about her work.

Kate is really friendly and approachable. She understands what dog ownership is like and doesn’t make you feel bad when your dog decides to do its own thing sometimes. Her sessions are really practical. Currently we are doing the progression course to top up what we did at puppy training and finally get some loose lead walking nailed 😁

Thanks to Kate for our 6 week puppy course. Our golden retriever Odi enjoyed himself and we picked up lots of useful tips which we would never have learned otherwise.
Kate achieved a really good balance of training whilst maintaining a great sense of humour and keeping everyone on track. A very worthwhile and value for money experience.

Just completed the 6 week course for puppies and I'm really happy with how it's gone. Kate is a natural with dogs and provides clear and memorable methods for training and developing your pup. Definitely recommend for any owner of a puppy! I have just signed up for the follow on course.

Kate is excellent! We loved the puppy classes with Benji and the training games are so fun to do together after the class has finished. We have enrolled Benji on the Teenage classes and cannot wait to get started on these too. Kate is calm, fun and has fantastic knowledge and understanding. She has also been so supportive in between our puppy courses, offering advice when we have had specific issues - I could not have got through Benji's "not wanting to go to bed challenges" without her. Book her classes - she is the best!

Had 2 of our 4 1-2-1 classes and wow!!! What a girl. Friendly, enthusiastic and a dream with our puppy. Amber took to her immediately, as did I! What she’s taught her, and me, in these two classes is amazing. Not only helps with behaviour, but if asked… food, toys etc. if you are thinking about trying 1-2-1 you won’t get any better than Kate! Thank you.

Our little 9 month old mini poodle Bertie came to us from a dog trainer. Sadly the methods used were not ideal and whilst he is a superstar we have a number of challenges; initially would bark ALL night, has seperation anxiety etc
We were shattered and struggling when we reached out to Kate. I can’t tell you how grateful we are Kate is so knowledgable, never judges, shows compassion for owner and doggy and 100% committed to the journey.
Initially focused on helping us get some sleep and now we do!!! She is evidence based on all advice but also listens to what you need for your life and works with you and your pooch to achieve it.

Just finished the puppy classes with Kate and she has been brilliant.
So engaging, both with the owners and the dogs - knew all their names (and ours), and our puppy has learnt lots.
Also great to have the resources to look at and keep, and a great whats app group.

Kate is not only highly qualified and experienced in this training, Kate is also the consummate professional with a warm, friendly and very pragmatic approach to all her work. As well as the puppy classes, I can particularly recommend Kate's 121 sessions, especially being novice dog owner. Kate also takes the time to follow up such sessions with very helpful, detailed email advice.

Kate's puppy class was excellent, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and learnt some excellent methods for dog training. I would recommend her classes to anyone.

I have called on Kate a few times now to help with my cocker spaniels behaviour... she is super knowledgeable and really looks at things from the dogs perspective which is sometimes tricky when you are so close to the situation.
