I bought the LSA Palazzo 100ml coffee…
I bought the LSA Palazzo 100ml coffee cups (6) they were very very poor quality with all different kind of marks on them from the manufacturer I paid £52 apparently the full price was £270. You can't use them for your guests. Filled in the returns form for Clickk home store for a full refund. They replied they wanted to see photos I sent the photos off in the email I got from then no reply. I sent them three more emails, this is the third day still no reply. It was my first time shopping from this online shop, never again I will stick to my normal online shops. Still need to return them.

This is my second purchase from Clickk in slightly over a month and I am a very satisfied customer. The customer service is excellent and delivery is super-fast and efficient. Great products & customer service
I recently purchased a toaster from Clickk home store and have purchased other items from them in the past, such as a dog harness and lead set, wine glasses, candles etc. All items purchased have been excellent quality for extremely affordable prices. The customer service rep, Lola, has handled many of my queries with patience, and professionalism, nothing has been too much trouble and she’s gone over and above to ensure my items have arrived and followed up delivery queries with Evri directly in order to get the necessary results. Overall a great experience with Clickk, but specific mention for Lola for all her support, you’ve got a returning customer here! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

She advised she would be in touch via email when she got a response. Donna was informative and a great help! The item came a few days after initial delivery date but that was down to the courier.

Really positive experience
Really positive experience. Spoke to Donna and advised I needed to change the address as I put my own instead of my daughters! She did this on the phone straight away for me.
