Îmi place ideea în sine de croazieră și aveți prețuri bune, însă nu îmi place faptul că există o mare dezordine în ceea ce privește limba site-ului, a emailurilor și a procesului de check-in. Nu este deloc uniform.
Dacă începi procesul într-o anumită limbă, ar trebui să rămână aceeași limbă peste tot. Dacă este engleză, să fie totul în engleză; dacă este italiană, să fie italiană; iar dacă este maghiară, să fie maghiară. Nu contează ce limbă este aleasă, important este să fie aceeași peste tot.
Eu vorbesc engleză, română și maghiară, dar când am văzut că pe pagina unde trebuia să mă loghez era italiană, chiar mi s-a părut exagerat

Vă mulțumim pentru recenzie și pentru că ați ales să rezervați croaziera prin intermediul nostru.
Înțelegem observația dumneavoastră și apreciem faptul că ați semnalat acest lucru. Dorim doar să clarificăm pe scurt cum funcționează procesul, pentru a evita eventuale confuzii.
Atunci când solicitările vin prin site-ul nostru în limba română, comunicarea și informațiile pe care le trimitem sunt, în mod normal, tot în limba română.
Dacă un client ne spune că preferă o altă limbă, ne adaptăm fără probleme și putem continua comunicarea în engleză sau maghiară; în cazul limbii maghiare, colegii noștri din echipa dedicată se ocupă direct de comunicare.
În ceea ce privește check-in-ul online înainte de croazieră, acesta nu se face pe platforma noastră, ci direct pe site-ul companiei de croazieră. Procedura este similară cu check-in-ul pentru zboruri, unde înregistrarea se face în sistemul operatorului. Din acest motiv, limbile disponibile în acea etapă sunt cele oferite de compania de croazieră (de obicei engleză, italiană, germană, franceză sau spaniolă), iar noi, din păcate, nu putem controla sau modifica aceste setări. În anumite cazuri, limba afișată poate fi influențată și de setările browserului sau ale dispozitivului folosit.
Desigur, dacă este nevoie, vă ajutăm cu plăcere și vă putem ghida pas cu pas prin procesul de check-in, în limba în care vă este cel mai confortabil.
Vă mulțumim încă o dată pentru feedback și sperăm să avem ocazia să vă ajutăm și cu o viitoare croazieră.

Real cruise experts behind the Platform

The best travel agency I have ever used
I booked my first cruise in January 2026 through CLICKnCRUISE and everything went perfectly. I received quick answers to all my questions - as well as solutions to specific personal problems.
Booking and payment were very easy, and the prices on the platform are transparent (including ship taxes).
The kindness and involvement of the travel agent Cristian were extraordinary. In addition to the email responses, I was called for more details - I really appreciated this.
He also helped me with issuing the boarding pass, booking excursions and recovering the discount from the cruise company.
I was so pleased that I booked another cruise this month - also through this agency.
