Great company to deal with, easy website to navigate and very prompt delivery

I bought the recycled performance leggings and I really like them, worn them in the groom room and they are definitely hair resistant, hairs did not make me itch at all. They are comfy and warm.
I am a size 10, 5 ft 4 and size S was perfect, my only comment is that I would have liked them to be a little longer.

Terrible experience ordered what thought was a grooming table light. Arrived was obviously not made for grooming tables as it had pictures on box of it being used when under a car engine!!! Anyway it was faulty, one of the lights kept flicking on and off. Had to return paid over £12 for next day recorded deliver. Which they clip it recommended. Ordered through Klarna have updated site with returns details. Still as of yet no refund!!! Disgusting service!! A phone call I shall be making today. More of my time having to resolve their problem. Won’t be ordering from them again!!!

I ordered a blaster from here. It offered a 24 hour delivery option which is what prompted me to select it. It didn't turn up for a week meaning I had to rearrange some dogs twice. During the week customer service reply was slow, they apologized and said the 24 hour delivery shouldn't have been an option and also that it was now sent on the wrong delivery route with the courier. They still didn't tell me when it should arrive and they made no attempt to put right the disruption and personal cost their error had caused.

Customer service was excellent; friendly and efficient. Clippers arrived promptly.

Great service ! Ordered an additional blade and the led light. Love how it bends in all directions and that the magnet sticks to my H bar. Used it today for extra light for teeth and nails. Does the job !

I've had the Clipit all in one suit and loved it. Just bought a second as needed a size up. Very well made, robust and hair resistant.

I’m extremely disappointed with the items I received.
They, despite claims, do not “keep you comfortable and cool all day”.
Neither the tunic nor the leggings are in any way hair resistant. They leave you feeling extremely itchy.
I emailed on the 25th August and again on the 29th August to express my disappointment and I still haven’t received a reply!

Love the clippers - lightweight AND a real workhorse.

Clipit we’re fab great advise about what I needed and they super fast with delivery and the shampoo I got smalls amazing and does works great.
