I had successfully ordered from CP several times for replacement movements, and these went well. The last time, I ordered a movement with three hands (HMS) matched to the movement. All went well until I tried to install the second hand, and it would not go on to the shaft. After trying to call (they don't take calls because of Covid...strange reason), so I emailed with details. A day of two later, someone named Aziel Dalusong responded on 10/11/23 and requested pictures, which I send immediately on 10/11/23 and then emailed again on 10/13 with better closeups. Hearing nothing, I followed up with an email on 10/17/23 and still no response as of 10/23/23, so I have to assume I got taken as others here have described. Four words of advice: DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I knew I was in trouble when I called the customer service number and was instructed to send an email for the safety of the employees during the pandemic. In Sept of 2023. No response. No email response. No phone number to call. Crappy clock that is all scratched up.

Uitstekende service. Na jaren trouwe dienst gaf het 'motortje' van onze geluidloze Seiko klok (slaapkamer) de geest. bij Clockparts vond ik de originele Seiko motor, dus geen gedoe met met niet passende wijzers e.d. Maar . .dom dom, ik vergiste me in de lengte v.d. as, het paste dus niet. Dit uitgelegd bij Clockparts, en ik kon de foute opsturen, en dan kreeg ik de goede. Zowat per kerende post ontving ik die, zonder extra kosten, keurig thuisbezorgd. De klok loopt weer !

This is one star too many for this outfit. My order was incorrect and incomplete. I asked for parts return instructions, and no response. They will not answer my inquiries, and are unconcerned about the incorrect order that was received.
Please be aware of the unreliability, lack of confidence and concern that this company exhibits.

won't answered emails and nobody at the phones

I've purchased four of the company's high torque clock motors for use in a post clock. All four have failed in the past year, and their four replacements have also failed. Their customer support folks no longer respond to my emails.

Took 3 weeks to get my clock mechanism. It's cheap, plastic and broken with no retainer ring.
A waste of $40

I have a 35 year old brass desk clock in which the movement died. Clockparts.com has a wide variety of movements, hands, and other parts. They also are quick to respond to questions, and have helpful information on the website. I ordered over the weekend. The order shipped on Monday and arrived Wednesday.
Note: The hands are in the box. They are taped to the invoice, with the hour hand and minute hand back to back. Easy to overlook.
