Same as others report: They charged me for the players and never delivered. Various stories when I contacted them, told me to check the tracking. That never changed according to the incomprehensible Chinese shipping info they provide. Then Cloffa went dark on me. And changed their company name to Kestrel. Bad sign, and bad experience all around.
Shipping took about 6 days to reach me, which was within the window they quoted. Had one question about album art and support replied within a day.
Yet another one here! Cheap plastic supposedly mp3 player. Not even going to entertain my time trying to use it. Definitely not as described or looks like from site. Don’t waste your time or money.

This wouldn't sync my music library on my macbook. The "premium carrying case" is about a 5 dollar item on amazon for $39.95, same with the stand. When I finally got a response I was given an address in China for a return. Don't waste your time and money on this chinese junk.
Bought this so I'd stop draining my phone playing music. It just works. Easy to use, holds everything I've got, feels sturdy. I'm not great with tech and I still had it running in a couple minutes. No complaints so far.
This seems to be a scam. I thought I was ordering from a company in the USA. But the item was dispatched from China. A few weeks later the item is marked as 'delivered' but I haven't received the item and nobody seems to be helping me. Avoid....
Quite certain Cloffa.com is yet another internet scam. Seemed legit when I ordered, now no ordered products nearly four weeks later. Tracking site has an update date of 23 June 2026 that says "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." No response from vendor to my email query either. Moral of the story: Never order from vendors advertising on Facebook.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I have been trying to resolve a shipping issue for an order I placed in March. It is now July and I've yet to receive my item. I had to contact Cloffa first to find out the order was shipped to the wrong address. Then they took 2 weeks to track it down and did NOT contact me--I had to check in with them. They allegedly sent a replacement but the tracking service shows that the item is still sitting somewhere in China. DO NOT order from this company
Order the 'Classic MP3' player from them. Total false advertising. doesn't look like the product pictured. No real wheel. Very bad interface for music, practically unusable. Cover art? thats just in the pictures on the website silly. They said I'd get 128GB built-in, got a crappy class 3 256GB SD card only. No built in. I wasted my 70$ CAD. Don't make my mistake!
Before buying I was nervous about two things: would it actually hold my whole music library, and would setup be a hassle since I'm not great with tech. Turns out I didn't need to worry. The 2TB option fit my entire lossless collection with tons of room to spare, and plugging it in and dragging files over took maybe 10 minutes total, no special software, no confusing menus.
TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. Update: After one full month and a couple of emails that went nowhere, I did a charge back on my charge card. I got an email the next day from Cloffa saying that they are tracking down my order and would I reverse the charge back. I responded that I would once I received the product. It has been another two weeks. No product. Total scam. Now I will never trust a product that advertises on FB.
I saw an ad on FB for this product. I checked out Trust Pilot and other sites which said the company was legit so I ordered directly from Cloffa on June 5. Their website stated that the order would be processed in 5-7 working days. On June 30 I get an email from them that it finally shipped - from China. I have emailed them and just get a reply to be patient. I am losing my patience. One month is too long to wait when Amazon can send something just like this on the same day.
Buyer Beware
Cheap plastic Mp3 players DOES work, but came severely damaged. Does not actually have a touch wheel, although it appears to. Big problem is the SD cards- they appear to be the size you paid for until you run software to check- mine were supposedly 2 TB but all files over some 25GB loaded on the cards are corrupted and inaccessible. False advertising, damaged product, low quality product.
