I wasn't completely sure about joining because it felt like a big investment, and I also wasn't confident I'd be good at sales. The 1-on-1 coaching ended up being the part I found most useful. I asked them why, and they said my accent would not allow them to place me into a role. I know of people from my region that do great with high ticket closing so this was very disheartening for me. I did not like that I wasn't made aware of something like this prior to showing up to the call as I ended up wasting my time for preparation and foe the call for no reason.

The placement process was way more personalized then I expected. they actually asked what type of offers I wanted to work with, what hours I preferred, and what kind of sales environment fit me best before introducing opportunities.
