Pandora CloudCover Avis 

New customer received CLoudbox it worked for a few days I chatted with support which took 45 minutes to begin conversation to verify audio did not work. Agent did not send replacement box and put on hold for shipment and I returned old one? Luckily I followed up a week later to find new one hadn't shipped for grand opening. Canceled it. Dont waste the hundred just stream off an old device.

Honestly, a great option that's MUCH less expensive than Spotify's business option and still gets the job done plenty well, both with pre-made stations and Pandora stations that I make--especially if I'm willing to hit the like and dislike buttons... this sounds like a scripted review haha but I swear it's a real person... me... We enjoy the selections you offer.

There is no phone call help service. I have cloud box from last week but was not able to play a single song.I called 3 times left a message but no prompt response.

Quick response from Customer Service. Staff very helpful when setting up new account.

Did not like cloud cover. Always shutting off on my iPad even though app. I will be canceling this service ASAP and returning the cloudbox device.

The quality of the content is weak and educators complain their song choices are missing.

I had a very good experience with Sam setting up and getting going. I am not good with technology at all so the helpfulness is appreciated immensely.

Solid tech, and low friction process to get up and running. Also you website tools to manage the devices and make mix channels are great compared to the abilities we had with Mood.

Great interface that is easy to use. It is nice to set and forget. We don't love some of the music played on stations we thought we would enjoy. We also wish that all of the plans had the ability to limit certain music selections.

I used to have another company doing my music for my restaurant... as a matter of fact, they had been doing my music for over ten years. They offered very little for quite a lot of money. I found CloudCover and made the switch! It is a great value, and there are so many selections its amazing. The service has been spot on too!

It is great to have licensed music that you can customize anyway you like. The system is easy to use! If you have questions, someone is always available to help. I like being able to set up a mix of music stations so there is variety all day long.

The channels are so difficult to search through for music for my business. Pandora and some of the other apps are so much easier and have so much more to offer.

This system has everything I was looking for and at way less expensive than its competitors. Customer service was great. Ordered and installed the Cloudbox and everything worked as advertised. Thank you!

Works exactly like it says, which is a relief. We purchased the box, hooked it up to a speaker, and it does it's thing without anyone else having to touch it ever again.
