Highly recommended!!

Delivery is quick, after service CS is top notch.
The hair straighter performs really well and doesn’t fry my hair.

I recently changed to Cloud 9 straighteners when my GHDs stopped working. Im so impressed with my new straighteners. I wish I'd changed a long time ago. I received them the day after I ordered them! Product was advertised at a price

Product was advertised at a price, email confirmation received and money taken from my account. Three days later an email was sent by the company stating that there was a pricing error that they would not honour and money would be refunded. I was made aware that others who ordered at the price had received the proudct. Only offer of apology was a 20% discount on another purchase. Poor service, poor quality control within the company to only recognise the mistake 3 days later and poor management of the situation when some purchases were honoured and not others.

My hair is extremely thick for the last 4 years i refused to use my VS straightener cause it never gave results where my hair can withstand staying straight for long periods of time. This straightener managed to tame my hair even in the most humid conditions when I was Rarotonga. Best straightener ever!
