Cloud Nine Stores Avis

5* service brilliant gifts👏

Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. Thank you.

I ordered my item which was easy to do on the online ordering system and within a few hours it was dispatched!
I couldn’t believe my item was delivered the next day! I didn’t expect that delivery so quickly!
Thank you for such an efficient service!

Goods exactly as advertised and arrived very quickly. A pleasure to do business with.

Found my favourite moisturiser on this site at a good price and ordered. The whole process was quick easy and efficient.
Then I read the reviews and thought I had made a mistake.
Well I hadn’t- the order was processed very quickly and a dispatch notification sent 24hrs later. The goods arrived 24 hours later again - exactly as ordered, well packaged and in perfect condition.
I was impressed as I had opted for standard 2nd class tracked delivery and had accepted it could be a week before I received the goods.
The service from Cloud Nine was brilliant and I would definitely recommend.

Realised from their review that most of their items got returned but I decided to give it an only to receive a very poor experience.
Won’t recommend

Excellent Delivery, Product well packaged. Would not hesitate to order again from this Company.

I usually buy these peppa pig dummies from Home bargains but they've been out of stock for weeks,Came across this company online and ive had nothing but a positive experience the order was shipped really fast and its extremely good value for money...Will definatly buy from cloud nine stores again.

Product arrived in great condition, was affordable, and made my son very happy

Such a deceptive store, don't buy from them.

It was very easy to order online and the order was dispatched quickly. Having received the order, I was quite pleased, although the plastic clickers are quite flimsy, and in the “spot stitch” book I found it impossible to find Stitch, but hopefully eagle eyed children will be able to see them. I would definitely order from you again for small, inexpensive gifts as stocking fillers.

Purchased a mezzaluna knife and board from Cloud Nine. The board was poorly machined making the chopping function ineffective. No problem with return and refund.

Absolutely really prompt service.
Great price too.

The service was excellent, my order arrived much faster than I expected, and the price was unbeatable. It’s rare to find all three—great service, quick delivery, and a good deal—in one place, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Extremely quick delivery. Very well packaged & great price.

I purchased the Peter Rabbit magnetic drawing board. The price was great and received it 2 days after ordering in perfect condition! Would definitely recommend, especially with their prices!

Loved the quick and easy process from ordering to delivery, great contact, fast delivery and fantastic packaging.

Staff are very friendly and knowledable - huge choice of toys at all prices. Selection of old fashioned and new brands of sweets in jar for pick n mix is superb - definately worth a visit or look on line - Kay

Great selection, Great customer service, everything arrived on time. Would certainly recommend and use again :)

Love this. Started to get a few bits for the kids for xmas
