They took 3days to deliver my households things from hyderabad to Visakhapatnam.
Things are missing
When you call them after a 10call they will receive one.

Overall my experience with cloud packers movers was very smooth and nice. Very nice staff, especially Tapan who helped me a lot.

It was a great experience with cloud packer sifting from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar.
All the staff are well committed to their work and respect the time.
Initially I was very confused like you that which service should I take for house sifting because as you know we have lots of service available in market and to find best out of it always difficult for end user.

I also face same and finally after doing lots of research and I finally trust on Cloud packer and decided to use it.

I really happy that I made good decision because the staff and their timing for shifting was awesome.

I compare whole market but no one has bet the service and price of cloud packer.
Believe me I have all the quote from various service provider like Agrawal, True packer and other provider too but I bet the cloud packer is best in both PRICE and Service.

I really appreciate all the handwork of the staff and Hyderabad head Tapan Jena who is take care for all the things.
Luckily he is also from odisha, which helps me to communicate with him very friendly.
But no worry he is very mixing person and he will take care all the stuff starting from giving quotation to do packing and sifting.

I'm not sure about other but I found Cloud Packer service very faithful.
I took service from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar shifting and I won't believe they delivered the product before time and more over the product was delivered as it was packed at the time packing.

In nutshell I sartisfied with their service and I recommended to all of you.

It has been 15 days and they do not have any update for the items I have booked from Ranchi to Bangalore. They contain very important items but the people from Cloupackers are taking this very lightly and also they keep playing blame game from time to time. I feel I am being cheated by them. Concerned spoc keep switching off their phones and also as written on website about live tracking; they did not provide any live tracking feature to us.

Got my luggage shifted from hyd to Bangalore.
The service was very smooth.
Got my luggage safe.

On this month, I contact to Cloud Packer Movers for shifting my household items from Ranchi to Bangalore. Their staffs coordinate with me properly and within 2 days they started their procedure for shifting. They handle my items properly and without damage I received my items.
A must visit packers movers company I have ever came across. Their service is excellent.

I took help of cloud packers to transfer my 2 wheeler scooter from Baripada to Pune. The person handling the operation is very professional and took care of everything right from picking vehicle from home( in my hometown) to deliver it at my doorstep in pune without a scratch. I am impressed with transparency of the operations. The price is below what I had expected which is a big plus.
I am giving 4 star because I had expected delivery to be little earlier.

It is good experience. The team was punctual and good knowledge of packaging. They delivered it on time and unpacked it with proper care.

On 20th Sept Cloud Packer Movers shifted my household materials from Ranchi to Gaziabad. I have given 4 star because they charge huge amount for shifting but their service is excellent and in time delivery without any damage in materials Their staffs are very cooperative and on time.

My daughter's households material shifted from Hyderabad to Mumbai,
We found service was good and prompt, specially Cloud's Rep.Mr.Tapan was good in responses.
I found cost was on little higher side but worth it.

Took three times longer than promised delivery, had to file a police complaint and then only goods delivered. Broken goods delivered. Company refused to pay for damage. The company charged for insurance but did not provide any insurance compensation. Litigation pending.

Wonderful service and it was on TAT. People were so professional and overall experience from packing, loading and unloading was exceptional. All the best team cloud. Great job.

Someone responded asking for more details - I gave and they disappeared.
And now over calls they are saying I cannot ask for refund as I have already given a bad review!!!
This company is a looters union… BEWARE.
