As I needed stairs and a high density…Great Comfort Stairs

As I needed stairs and a high density foam bed as soon as possible for my 9-year-old Cavoodle (who has luxating patellas), I had to cancel my order due to Cloud Paws’ slow shipping recently. However, I was fully refunded, and Ricky surprised me with sending a free set of Comfort Stairs by way of apology. This was certainly not expected, but I’m grateful. The Comfort Stairs are a great design and well made. Now my dog can manage to get up on the couch without me having to lift her up all the time.

Slight delay but worth the wait

I ordered 2 x dog stairs. After a few weeks I still had not received my order and they had not been shipped. I sent off an email and got a response and an apology. I was refunded half the order and nearly 3 weeks after ordering, they arrived. Yes the delivery time and communication could be improved, but the stairs are great.

Have not received my dog bed

Still waiting for the other half of my order

Product took two weeks to arrive. No response when I emailed after a week to see where the tracking was. Now two weeks later only one of the two products I ordered have arrived and I am so annoyed. Got about three automated emails saying my order was waiting to be picked up. Terrible customer service and I hedging towards this being a scam business.

Edited to add: In fairness to the retailer the then did contact me with a very long and complicated story about logistical issues getting the product in from overseas, so I suspect the product is drop shipped and then sent on.

I then received a number of kind offers including 20% off, a comp product etc which I declined - I don't need them and wanted to be clear I wasn't complaining for free things.

They offered and said they had refunded my purchase and after a few days I said that I had not received an email confirming this, nor had the refund landed. I then got asked a lot of questions about how I had checked and then what my order number was. It got weirder and weirder as they should have all this information and if I was dealing with the owner they could easily see from their systems and bank account.

They asked to call to make things right so we made a day and time. Of course I got a text 15 minutes after they were supposed to call saying their child was sick. I've got two kids, when they are sick they usually want company and it has been simple to juggle a call but I appreciate everyone is different.

They then asked to call same time next day. No call.

They feel it was a crazy logistics issue. It really could have been solved with some basic communication.

The other product arrived today. I will donate it somewhere. I have spent way too much time on this.

Excellent Customer Service

After purchasing the Cloud Paws 4 Step for our old boy, he unfortunately wasn’t able to use them after much coaxing.
We contacted Ricky to request refund and return instructions.
Not only did we receive a very lovely and prompt response to our issue, we were advised to keep hold of the steps and a full refund would be applied.

Many companies give great service pre sale but not many provide this level of after service, so well done Ricky & the Cloud Paws team.
We would definitely recommend.

Great product and exceptional service

We recently purchased the Cloudpaws stairs for our cavoodle, Aston, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Great quality - sturdy, well-made and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and safety for our little guy.
What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. That level of personal attention is becoming increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated.
Most importantly, Aston took to the stairs straight away, which speaks volumes about the design and quality. It’s wonderful to support a company that not only delivers a premium product but also demonstrates genuine care for both its customers and their pets.

I love this product so much

I love this product so much. My little dachshund has lost his ability to jump at his old age and he loves being able to walk up into our bed for a cuddle.

Amazing quality product and fits so well at home

amazing customer service

Long wait for product
Will be returning product unfortunately.
2 step not stable enough for my 8.5kg Westie.
Cover is beautiful but too slippery for my dog.
Update.
Following the above review, I was contacted by Cloudpaws. A suggestion was made that a 3 step would suit my westie better & that this had a non slip base.
I recieved the 3 step shortly after & my dog is managing much better.
I am amazed & delighted by the highest level of customer service I have ever recieved from an online purchase.

Not as expected

Delivery was slow. Product much smaller than i expected or appeared as advertised. Quite expensive for what they are.

Wonderful company to deal with

What an incredible company this is. It is a new company and have had a few little teething problems and they have jumped through hoops to compensate for any inconvenience - way above what I would expect them to do. I am waiting to receive my new beautiful dog bed and my lovely little jacket for my Teddy.

I thoroughly recommend dealing with this company as another thing they are in Australia which makes it a double whammy good
