Booked the appointment and the replacement panel was measured. The date was booked for the replacement to be fitted and I paid for the job when it was completed.
The window matched perfectly to the existing panels and you would not know the difference.

Came out to give a quote. Person who came, only did measuring, said their family did the fitting. Measurements were hasty, and seemed a bit approximate. There was a window a bit out of my reach which I thought needed replacing, but they assured me it was just condensation on the outside, not in the actual unit. I was still doubtful, but assumed they knew what they were talking about. They left me a quote, but I felt it was a bit dear, and also was concerned that the measurements were a bit approximative. I contacted another company, and a glazier confirmed that the measurements were not precise, and that the condensation was in fact inside the sealed unit. His quote was also cheaper. I did not feel confident that the original person who came was terribly competent or professional, they were a bit too familiar, and dismissive of my concerns. A disappointing experience, as I had read good reviews of the company. I had assumed they were local, but now realize that you go through a call centre, which redirects you to the nearest franchise.
Cannot recall the exact date now, late January this year.

Fantastic service from start to finish. No hard sell, just honest quote. Once booked in, 3 guys arrived promptly and all my front window glass was replaced in a couple of hours. No mess, no fuss. I would highly recommend this company.

Efficient and clear initial visit and quote given, fitting date arranged, prompt arrival and quick and efficient replacement of pains with no mess and no visible marks or scuffs on the window frame beadings that needed to be removed and refitted after the window glazing casements had been removed and replaced with new. Fabulous!!
