Cloudy2Clear Windows - Crawley & Gatwick Avis

We have an old conservatory and all the windows (8) had blown. One quick call resulted in a surveyor coming round within a few days, and then the windows all changed, all within 2 weeks. The installers were polite and very efficient. It has completely transformed the conservatory, and all at a very good price. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Asked this firm to measure and quote for some leaded light double glazed window glass. Easy to arrange an appointment and efficient measuring and quote when the salesman arrived. The team that installed the glazing were excellent and worked well and tidied up. Happy to recommend this business and will use again.

They sent someone out quickly to measure the affected windows; gave a quote for them to be replaced and arranged a date for them to come and fix them.
Also, both the initial visit and the visit to fix the windows, they phoned when 30 minutes away - which I found very helpful.

Prompt attention and efficient and good quality work.

Survey very good. Efficient, polite.✓
Fitting and fitters...the same ✓

Communication should be by a personal phone call after the estimate is accepted

E-mails and message- bot- answers were irrelevant and time wasting.

September 5/9/26

Operatives were punctual, courteous and efficient in executing the work required
Strongly recommend this company.

Good service all round. Had email response writhing 24 hours, someone round to quote and took less than two hours to complete the job. Price was reasonable too

Easy to work with.
On time.
Friendly and efficient.
What more do you need?

Excellent service right through from communication after initial contact through quotation and ordering to installation. Only failure was one item incorrectly measured but this was quickly corrected. All staff were very polite and personable.

Arrived promptly and carried out the work very efficiently.

Friendly staff with good communication. Discussion of work needed was clear with good understanding of budget. Quick instillation with work area left clean and tidy. Happy to help with queries of other window works that maybe needed.

From the initial phone call to the actual works carried out it was very good communication and the men that did the job were professional polite and very clean and tidy!.
Highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the work that Adi and Phil did on Tuesday 11th August. They took the time to show why it was not the sash seals that needed to be replaced but the hinges in order to stop the draft. They also told us how to maintain them. They worked hard and were very nice chaps.

Very pleased with the service & the double glazed units. The installers were quick, efficient, polite & respectful. The office handled my case & questions promptly & efficiently. This company was recommended to me & we were very glad we chose them to replace our cloudy double glazing.

Prompt and efficient. The price was honest and not to large. Would use again if any other windows blow.
Recommended.

The guys arrived promptly when they said they would to change the hinges on the fanlights. Job done quickly, no fuss, no mess. Very happy with the results, it's like having new windows! Thanks a lot guys

Unlike some other companies that have no interest or motivation to do small jobs well, this was not the case with the team that did the work for us. That was from before the quote to end of task

Good customer service from quote to fitting. Glass soo clear that it feels like there isn't any window.
Definitely will be using this company for my future window needs

A fair price and completed exactly as promised with good notification. Very willing and friendly

Experienced fitters came and did the job quickly and with consideration
