Please do not waste money.its a fraud company..we should complaint for this.
I literally waste 999 rs .. they send a saree ..that is feel like a mopping cloth... From now will never buy any product from these sites.

Yeh hamare sath froud kiya hai. Order kia saree or received saree different hai. Return policy thai but return nehi howa. Koi mot khared na yeh website se.

Silver Clout is totally a fraud company, I order saree but received totally very poor snd cheap quality saree and there is no refund or return policy available, I have ordered a saree for 999/- but in my home page it's showing no orders yet.
May God save you for your Karma you're doing by fraud service.

I have received a different saree so I need to return it I have mailed my adress to them but there is no reply yet please reply and return me my money

SCAM

1. Never received my order, the package was lost and the support was very slow and difficult
2. Found out the jackets are from aliexpress and CLOUT-STORES are selling it the double price (66€ Aliexpress vs. 149€ Clout-Stores)

My package was lost, and Clout-stores kept sending me a tracking number screenshot from aliexpress that my package was in Spain.

Afterall I opened a dispute on paypal (I paid via paypay express) and I got my money back after more than one month sending them e-mails.

Meine Erfahrungen sind absolut positiv. Ich hab zum zweiten mal bei Clout bestellt. Meine Bestellung kam mit einer anderen Bestellung an meiner Packstation an und wurde ins selbe Fach gelegt. Leider hab ich das nicht gesehen und die Clout Bestellung dort vergessen. Als ich nun nicht mehr an meine Bestellung rankam, habe ich den Clout Kundensupport kontaktiert, da ich bei DHL nicht weiterkam. Eine Nora vom Kundensupport hat einen Nachverfolgungsantrag gestellt und mir zusätzlich die inzwischen ausverkaufte orangene Puffer „extreme“ kostenlos erneut zugesendet, damit ich nicht so lange warten muss. Das nenn ich mal einen mega Kundenservice. Vielen Dank an das Clout Team

After taking my order, my package was shipped out at a much later date than the transaction. It was supposed to be shipped from their warehouse in the Netherlands (where I live), so I assumed the package would be here faster than the rougly 20 days it took, from payment to my door. The package was in transit for 15 days, after being shipped oit a week after payment.

I just checked the shipping time from ali express, and it coincidentally was also twenty days (19 December to 9 January). Right under the product on ali express I saw a banner reading: for dropshipping, we can send your order directly to clients without mentioning us (roughly translated).

I sent an email asking why my package was shipped out this late, and the reaction was that, because of the black week rush, the article of clothing I ordered was not available from the warehouse in the Netherlands, so it would be shipped out directly from the supplier. 14 december I asked when and where my package was coming from. I was told the package would arrive in the coming week, I got no response for the second question.

I also told them that their products can be found on ali express for half the price. Their response was that the ali express products are counterfeits of their products. I cannot confirm or deny if this is true.

After leaving my initial review I was contacted by the company to kindly remove my review, otherwise legal action might be taken.
However, I choose to alter this review in order to inform you that:

This either is a company that dropships cheaply made products to you for a significant mark-up OR that this is an unfortunate company getting copied by cheap chinese manufacturers.

Personally and in my humble opinion, I would lean more to the first option.

We have resolved the situation, I really hope that your loyalty to people will never end.

2 Puffer Jacken bestellt und leider erst nach 14 Tagen bekommen. War etwas abgefuckt, aber Kundensupport war auf jeden Fall on Point. Nach 2 Stunden von einer Nora eine Rückmeldung bekommen und sogar 10% Nachlass für die Verspätung. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt, da es mit Abstand die heftigsten Puffer Jacken sind. Kein peso, 6pm oder lfdy oder roottattoo hat solche Designs.

Gebe nur 3,5 Sterne weil ich unfassbar ungeduliger Mensch bin und ich die Jacken sofort haben wollte. Ansonsten top zufrieden!

Tolles Design, super Qualität, top Kundensupport. 1 Stern lediglich Abzug, da die Jacke leider 12 Tage gedauert hat bis diese eingetroffen ist. Das warten war es jedoch wert. Wird nicht die letze Bestellung sein!
