The plans and pricing are great. the access to the medical officials could use some work. Texting and having to wait for reply a few hours or a day later doesn’t work for me. There should be a way to schedule time where you could chat with somebody in real time A two- minute conversation doesn’t take a day or two and return chats

Great Experience
