Club1hotels is the perfect place to book your hotel. Cheaper than every other website out there, offer amazing discounts and it’s really easy to use. I don’t use any other website to book my getaways now. 100% would recommend

I booked a room with a promotion they had running using free club points. .

They cancelled the booking and I arrived at hotel with no booking.

They would not respond to emails and explain anything. I emailed multiple times to get no response.

Why run free point promotions if you are going nto cancel the booking and leave me stranded!

When I compare there rates to the likes of other sites the rates are generally not bett r and usually higher in my comparisons I have checked

Recently used Club 1 to book a hotel in Australia. Everything went smooth with booking and was a nice hotel. I have used club 1 several times over the last 7 years. Upscale hotels with great prices.

I am a new customer with Club 1 and have been very satisfied with my experience. Their website is awesome and I highly recommend their services.

Had to use Club1 in a pinch. All of the reservations were being made smoothly until Club1's site crashed. 24 hours later when the site was fixed, my reservations were gone....EVERY ROOM BOOKED. I was very disappointed. Eventually, two different hotels were located in close proximity. I had to stay one day at one location, a few days at a different location. All this with kids and animals. It was a bummer. I hate the sign on system (unless fixed). I did like that Club1 management communicated. Bummer that I was compensated somehow but... Oh well.

Another good experience, another successful booking

I was a little hesitant at first. However, right after booking I received a reservation request & shortly after I received confirmation. I also spoke with the hotel directly to confirm that everything was correct. They don't have a phone number, but answer emails in a very timely manner with efficient responses. Oh, I also saved money using their site! Highly recommend.

My booking hotel suddenly cancel today. So what can i do?
My booking is non refund, but why i got cancel. Give me the reason.
If you answer my booking for FRAUD, i use your point new member for booking. So, your point 2500 free is gimmick. Answer me in email

I booked a trip to Mexico through this company and we were not able to go due to my wife's pregnancy. We cancelled well within the time for a full refund and still have not received it over 18 months later. You can never talk to anyone and they always send you either an email or text saying its being taking care of. For what it's worth, I would highly recommend you be very cautious before booking with this company as I have never dealt with a customer service like this.
