ClubPal brings together everything a club needs in one place; session booking, membership management, payment collection, and member communications. It's designed to be straightforward enough for a volunteer with no technical background to pick up quickly, while being powerful enough to handle the real complexity of running a busy club. We work with clubs across a wide range of sports, helping committees spend less time on administration and more time on what actually matters: their members and their sport. Great experience

We've been using ClubPal for a couple of years now and are really impressed how easy it is to streamline and manage our club memberships and activities. The support we've been receiving throughout has always been excellent as well.

ClubPal was a no brainer for us to…

ClubPal was a no brainer for us to start utilising. We now have a personalised one stop shop to meet all the needs of our members. Sessions can be simply set up well in advance, visible to members to view and book, and any session costs can be paid online to avoid the hassle of collecting money manually. I would thoroughly recommend ClubPal as a really useful and beneficial platform to any club or organisation out there looking for an easier, faster, and better way of managing their activities.

ClubPal is an absolute must!

ClubPal is a very intuitive platform for our triathlon club to use - the members all love it! We switched to it six years ago, when we merged four different admin systems into one to manage our club sessions, memberships, payments, club kit, events and emergency contact information. The time saved was just unbelievable and we now have full reporting at our fingertips. The support from ClubPal is second to none; fast responses and easy to understand language. ClubPal is a must for any sports club and I highly recommend it.
