Hey Chris,

It doesn't work that way - the games are hosted, run and developed by independent game providers - there is no possible mechanism that we could employ to throttle players. The technological implementation would require us to be able to intercept the game and determine the outcome on the game provider's servers. These game providers are all licensed, and they have provably fair mechanics - to get licensed independent testers have to test these games to verify they aren't rigged. The point being we have no capability to mess with the RTP or throttle anything from those providers, they simply interact with our API wallet to inform us of game outcome. What you're saying doesn't have a basis in reality - though we can understand when it comes to losing it can be frustrating.

We have an RTP of 96% so there's a 4% house edge, in some cases 98% (it comes down to the game provider implemented) but again this isn't something we can modify the game is simply fed to us and we host it, then facilitate the gameplay.

We take your point about the redemption types though, we had a philosophical debate about this on the outset as when we sampled user interest most wanted card payments and some wanted crypto. The problem is when you introduce both you create an AML issue because if they can purchase in crypto but redeem in card there's no way to determine source of funds effectively. So you need guard rails to separate both. But if you do card first crypto in redemption this doesn't create an AML problem (because you can trace source of funds to bank). So we decided initially we'd do card and crypto in, crypto out.

You're quite right our terms are written in a way to facilitate both long term, but this isn't advertised. We fully intend to allow the redemption in both mechanisms but we need a fairly advanced guard rail (where you can make a purchase in two ways and they are isolated from each other) in order to ensure the redemptions are similarly isolated and not cause an AML issue.

I don't have an ETA for you on this feature but it is our hope to roll it out in the new year.

Thanks again for your review, you know we pay out because you redeemed, I hope you reconsider us when our other redemption capabilities are in place - but I assure you we don't rig, or throttle accounts at all and in any capacity, it is physically impossible for us to do this, well unless we actually owned the game company and hid the mechanism from the licensing authority of that game company but that doesn't really make sense from a commerical standpoint if you think about it does it?

Hey Ethan,

It very clearly states up to 5 cluck bucks - (the initial wheel gives out a minimum of 1 , up to 5 and it's left to chance), though for what its worth you also get a wheel at the end of the 7 day new player calendar so you will end up with another shot at it, you also get an extra cluck buck on day 4. You then get a weekly VIP calendar with a similar thing - none of this requires a purchase.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we notice you have written 44 other similary aggrieved reviews with the same complaints - so we want to correct your understanding of this industry. Cluck does not control slot outcomes. Every game outcome is determined entirely by well known industry licensed game providers - and all of them publish RTP outcomes which are independently verified in order for them to get that license. The math, RTP models, hit rates, and bonus behavior are all built into the game logic itself. We cannot modify wins, losses, or bonus results for any player under any circumstance. We have absolutely no power over them.

I had a look at your account specifically and I note you did make $545 worth of purchases - and we appreciate you. We've just launched our brand new site with a lot of awesome weekly and first time purchase bonuses - we specifically built it so we would have power over deals and the user experience - which you'd get access to as we reset them for all users that we migrated over so it would be fair for them also. The math, RTP models, hit rates, and bonus behavior are all built into the game logic itself. We cannot modify wins, losses, or bonus results for any player under any circumstance.

Bonus rounds paying low is frustrating, but it is a normal part of how these RNG based sweepstakes games function. Some bonuses hit big, some hit small. That variability is exactly why responsible play guidelines exist.

If you want us to look at anything specific on your account we can do that, but the gameplay outcomes you mentioned are not something we can influence or alter.

Hey Lindsey,

Please let us know if you’ve now received the redemption - from what I can see it was approved the day you updated your review. We appreciate a 3 day gap for your first redemption is annoying, but the reason for this is that we pay out in crypto but we take card payments. Card payments are susceptible to fraud as you can imagine especially in the igaming industry. Therefore we need a couple of days to have our team check the inbound purchases so that we don’t end up with a fraudulent purchase that gets refunded that we then pay out winnings to, it’s about finding the right balance. Because of the rise in popularity of our site the redemption queue is slightly longer at the moment so in the last week or two we’ve been pushing the edge of that 3 day wait. We have put in place some internal changes to work to speed this process up and get the gap down on first time withdrawals but it’s an ongoing process - it does however have the advantage of letting us do what a lot of sites can’t, and that is allowing crypto and card purchases while remaining fully AML/KYC compliant. Rest assured though that your redemption is through and if you don’t mind could you update your review to inform everyone that this is the case once you confirm it.

We use Sumsub which is the industry leader in KYC. As an iGaming platform we have our verification rules set very low compared to how you would KYC at a bank. But they do set some rules, for instance address verification has to be a bill or similar it won't accept bank statements and things of that nature for the address check.

I see you originally used an out of date document, and then after it failed you, your driving license, and then a bank statement. Unfortunately these aren't a valid proof of address. We accept your Verizon bill but the system had already auto failed you after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

We've reviewed your documents and manually approved you. We hope you try out our platform and have fun gaming with us!

I've looked into this - and quite right for some reason your ticket was missed. I can't be sure why since it's the weekend but we'll look into it as a training matter. I appreciate that is an incredibly annoying thing to have happen.

As for your verification - we use Sumsub which is the industry leader in KYC. As an iGaming platform we have our verification rules set very low compared to how you would KYC at a bank. You have tried several times to KYC including multiple resets from our support staff after exceeding retry limits. What I have done now though is reset your proof of address requirement. I've also then re-approved the liveness check and the ID that you uploaded to sumsub.

Could you please re-upload your proof of address (you used a bill for one of though that sumsub seems to have misread), if you do - please then email directly at support@cluck.us FAO David. I'll pick it up and get you approved all being well with the doc. That should solve matters and you can be on your way trying out our platform
