Clyde and Co’s partners are happy to be in contempt of court for a ‘win’ at any cost. They are also happy to also knowingly submit false evidence to the courts in an effort for a ‘win’ at any cost. Luckily on this case they did not ‘win’. All in all it has taught a valuable lesson. Never believe that solicitors are ambassadors of law, to quote another they appear to be the ‘enablers of corruption’, particularly solicitors that only act on behalf of the large insurers, whom appear to be the lowest form of ‘legitimised’ fraudsters in the financial sector currently. Give me the honest crook over the white collared fraudsters anytime, particularly ones that project an false image of integrity and morality. Never be afraid or intimated by any large law firm, in my experience they are very, very naughty people.
