Great service. Everything arrived in good state. The team in Basil arrived a bit later due to traffic and another client before having more items but we are working from home so this did not affect us too much. Very effective and professionals all staff. Thank you

Absolutely amazed by the efficiency! We received our items intact and on time after 12 weeks ( they told us initially that transit time from shared container is 10-16 weeks so we knew how to plan and organise things on our side). Thank you all for your help.

We had an absolute perfect moving…
We had an absolute perfect moving process, we moved several times so far and this is the most smooth relocation we had. The team answers very quickly to all emails or WhatsApp messages, they really go above and beyond to assist. I am impressed really, I doubt it initially seeing all the perfect reviews but now after this experience I could not recommend more. We received our items intact, great professional team at origin in Berlin and destination in the US, great price, brilliant customer service, we could not ask for more! Very impressed with the services provided by the CMG team, especially they have helped us with our 100 years old Grand piano that was crated, which arrived intact at our new home in New Zealand.

We were already off to a wrong start when a moving *team* of 2 arrived a day early (unannounced) to get a head start on packing. After two 12 hour days of packing with mostly only 2 guys working, the moving truck showed up over half way full. It was only then we were
told we had too much weight, and needed to leave things behind. To make matters worse, most of it had already been boxed, and was impossible to decipher, but more importantly, the lead mover refused to load in the order of necessity and urgency. Despite many things not making the truck, we were charged for additional weight above the initially quoted amount on the final invoice. To this date, CMG refuses to prove the actual weight of our items, only providing their declared value when booking the sea vessel. They had no qualms to base their weight estimation on furniture items that were proven to never have been loaded. Screams Port Fraud to me on my dime with my name. The problems continued after our container arrived at its destination. The movers refused to uphold the white glove service we had paid for in full, resulting in us having to unbox and attempt reassembly ourselves. To our utter shock most of our items were damaged beyond repair. From incorrect packaging and lack of protection of fragile items to reckless disassembly of our vintage furniture, and everything in between, we are still in disbelief to find most of our life belongings in absolute tiny pieces. But here comes the real kicker. Because the movers at the original packing location didn’t label the items, let alone the boxes, meticulously and accurately, the insurance claim was declined as the declared losses could not be cross checked and verified. And since the movers at the destination location didn’t unpack and provide documentation, we had no supporting evidence. Emails to CMG are left unanswered. From breach of contract to Port Fraud to a complete lack of professionalism and trustworthiness, do yourself and your loved ones a favor, and look for a reputable business to give your money to.

1. I want to clarify that our team arrived early with the intention of providing you with a head start on packing. We believed this would be helpful, but I understand now that it may not have met your expectations. Had you preferred for them to come on the scheduled day, we would have happily adjusted our plans.
2. Regarding the truck capacity, while the first truck arrived partially full, we had arranged for a second truck to accommodate all items. The weight considerations applied primarily to the first truck, and we did not charge for any extra weight; our invoice reflects the agreed-upon volume increase from 26 to 29 cubic meters.
3. We take pride in carefully packing all items at the origin, and I want to assure you that everything was labelled correctly for customs clearance.
There seems to be a significant discrepancy between your experience and what our partner has reported. We consistently have used our same and best partner for most of our moves, and the vast majority of our clients have expressed satisfaction with their services.
4. I regret the misunderstanding with the destination team. As far as I was informed, they promptly sent additional support the following day to complete unpacking and reassembling.
Our destination partner has informed us that they were in contact with you by phone at all times and that you seemed satisfied with the rearrangements and adjustments made.
We suspect that the frustrations you’re experiencing may have led to the presentation of information that doesn't accurately reflect the situation.
5. Regarding your insurance claim, I must point out that the decline raises serious concerns. We’ve dealt with very few claims in the past, and all of them have been accepted by our insurance partner—never had a claim been denied. Given this history, our management is left to suspect potential fraudulent activity on your part, as this is entirely unprecedented for us
6. I want to address your concern about our email communication. We take pride in our responsiveness, and I can assure you that we have answered each of your emails promptly—often within seconds. The only email we haven’t yet responded to is the very last one you sent. Our clients frequently highlight our quick response times in their reviews, which we truly value.
Conclusion:
This feedback appears inconsistent with the concerns you've raised, which leads us to believe that the review may not accurately reflect the actual facts.
We value genuine feedback, and it is concerning to see comments that seem influenced by frustration rather than a true account of the experience.

More than happy with the moving process!
Chryso and the packing team helped me a lot with my move to Canada. Relocations are a headache for me but this time it was different. I did not have to worry at all as they did the whole work- packing wrapping disassembling customs etc .... all I needed to do is to be present at origin and destination. We are more than happy with the whole process!

Our experience was seamless, well organised, polite and professional team on both sides. We had one week delay, were informed 16 weeks but our items arrived in week 17, it did not bother us though, I guess it is due to summer season. Anyway, pregnant and with such a huge responsibility I could not have done it without your help.

Our contact at CMG was Carmen. She was professional and responsive to emails throughout the process. Our full container was loaded in Germany by a wonderful crew. Problems arose in the final leg of delivery when US firm was contracted to bring our shipment in the US. Terrible customer service and little care with our belongings. My stereo equipment was damaged and multiple items of furniture were delivered upside down with legs broken off - we watched our container being packed with care and for some reason our belongings were placed in a warehouse for weeks and US firm didn’t even follow their printed guidelines sent to the customer - please ask CMG who they plan to partner with because no matter how nice Carmen might be the last leg of delivery is the most important.

Great experience!
From the very beginning, CMG (and in particular, Carmen) were absolutely amazing. We had a fairly last minute move with a lead time of about 8 weeks. Carmen was really responsive to my many questions and really thorough with her planning.
She gave an accurate estimation of how much space we would need and a really competitive price for our container. Every cost was covered in the quote and we weren’t left with any unknown or surprise costs when our stuff arrived in Sydney.
The crew that packed our things and the crew that unpacked on the other end were really friendly, which is exactly what you want with strangers in your home. We moved a lot of stuff for our family of 5 and not a single thing was broken on arrival, including cheap (gimmick but sentimental) wine glasses that we sent.
I cannot fault any part of the process, it was truly seamless at a very stressful time in our lives. I’m so thankful to the team at CMG!

I recently used CMG International Moving for my relocation from the US to Luxembourg, and I was thoroughly impressed.
