Superb satnav at a fantastic price especially set up for our Motorhome. Christian sent us full instructions and was very helpful. Free lifetime maps and a in built dashcam what’s not to love.

CMNAV Camper sat nav review
Easy to talk to, explained the CMNAV very well to me. Lots of good feed back and a lot cheaper than Garmin & Tom Tom.
I bought the 7” Cper version and found it easy to set up. Yes I made a few mistakes that were well and easily explained to me. A very quick email response from CMNAV and all working ok again.
I don't normally do reviews but I can recommend CMNAV and Christian with the cheaper camper van sat nav.

Just the job…
this is a replacement for the original that came with the satnav, it became brittle and broke due to being in the sunlight for several years. It is a perfect fit, thanks.

Well what can I say. Christian who owns the company is great. He responds to emails almost immediately. He sends out YouTube videos for when your device arrives. The satnav itself is brilliant. The 9" screen makes everything easier to follow and set up.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit, you can set it to suit your individual campervan profile. It gives you lots of information during your journey. When you drive off route it recalculate a new route very quickly.
Only problem I had on first trip was when I come to a road closure it got confused and did not give me an alternative route, I had to find the old way signpost and then it recalculated once I got underway.

Excellent satnav
Great satnav used others satnav but they failed and would take you down country lanes , CMNAV worked perfectly on our travel from Scotland to Cornwall with the caravan , would definitely recommend.
Communication with Christian is spot on he keeps you well informed on how to use the satnav , deliver was fast as well .

I’m sorry you were dissatisfied, but I would like to clarify the steps I took in this case, as I take customer concerns seriously.
While your review lacks specific details, based on our only post-purchase communication, I can only assume it refers to the order you claimed not to have received — despite the tracking information showing a delivery signature in your name, along with matching address and delivery images provided by the postal service.
As you are well aware, based on our email communication, I conducted a thorough investigation upon receiving your message to say that you have never received nor signed for this parcel.
The Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel was signed for in your name at the address you provided, with GPS data confirming delivery to your exact location. The delivery photo further shows your front door and window, with distinctive features — including specific decorations like a plush puppy and a few Christmas trees, the same curtain pattern, the same white door frame, etc — that visibly match your property as seen on Google Street View at the coordinates provided by the Royal Mail in the tracking info.
I explained this to you in full, offered to assist you with Royal Mail or your card issuer if needed, and encouraged you to check with your Local Post office, neighbours or other members of your household in case someone accepted it on your behalf. Unfortunately, I received no follow-up confirming whether the parcel was eventually located — only the immediate threat of a chargeback, followed by this 1-star review.
For transparency, there have been rare cases where Royal Mail tracking showed no delivery after 7–10 days. In those instances, I’ve always taken full responsibility and either refunded or sent a replacement at my own cost.
As a small, one-man-band business, I cannot absorb that loss when all delivery data confirms the item was received, and with all due respect, I'm pretty sure that even bigger brands or corporations won't.
I stand by the service I provided in this case and regret that, despite the time and effort invested to help, the matter was escalated in this way without further dialogue.

My main reason for buying from CMNAV…
My main reason for buying from CMNAV was the pre sales advice that I received from Christian . The device is the same hardware as lots of other Chinese manufacturers but the support and pre-sales configuration makes all the difference.

Great Sat Nav and fantastic after sales service
Great Sat Nav, much better than previous ones that I have purchased for our motorhome. Had a small issue with the settings which I couldn't sort out myself so sent it back to Christian despite the warranty having expired. Christian fixed it and returned it within days. Always very helpful and will answer any queries quickly and efficiently. Great after sales service, would highly recommend this company.

Superb Satnav
Great service from start to finish, always kept upto date with progress and delivery times, very quickly dispatched and delivered, please watch the you tube videos as recommended and you cannot go wrong.
Great visuals on the screen, it's a brilliant piece of kit and because you can add your vehicle height etc you have a lovely safe route.

Recommendation of sat nav
Had my sat nav 3years bought mainly for use with caravan, had no issues with sending me on unsuitable routes. I have just updated maps via link from Cristian, Same excellent service even after 3 years. Would 100% recommend this company. Don't be put off because it's not a big well known brand.

Christian, offers the best customer service. It is seamless and efficient. Any questions he answered quickly. I am still navigating myself around the sat nav workings. So far it's working well and worth the price. I'm am very pleased with the 9 inch screen because it is very clear and I don't need to pick up my reading glasses. It is very good at reminding you not to go down certain roads due to the vehicle dimensions. I have used it over a weekend of motorhoming. I would recommend it to others following my experience. I will produce a more detailed technical reply in due course. The tutorials that Christian sends are a big help also. He is clearly a guy who as a passion for his product and best of luck to him.
