Comprehensive and conveniently online. That's about the only thing good I can say. It's very comprehensive, wordy. A lot of words you intake and hope you're understanding. Some of the quizzes had incomplete sentences and during the final exam, I am 100% sure one of the answers is wrong. You don't get any real understanding of what you're doing until you get to the Simtics and that's at the end. It sucked thinking I knew something very well but then found out I taught myself incorrectly when I started the Simtics. They tell you on day one not to email your instructor because they have other full time jobs to worry about like we don't have jobs too. They have Zooms once a week, instead. So, if you have a question or you don't understand anything, you have to wait days and up to a week to get help during the Zoom. It wasn't very interactive. Clinicals are held once a month. Not very convenient. I feel like there are better programs out there. It felt like this was a side job to them. It wasn't terrible, I just felt like it wasn't the best education I could have gotten. The resume service they give you is horrible. I received mine and it was more for theatrics than looking professional. They made it look pretty and then rewrote a few things which I hated. There's no way I would present this professionally when looking for a job. I went to an interview and the woman ahead of me had a resume like that. When I handed them my resume, they actually said, "Now here's a good looking one." Resumes are not about "looking pretty." The best thing is they were more affordable than most programs and you could use Klarna or Afterpay which is much cheaper than their monthly installment plan.

I love this school so far! The Medical Assistant training program really dives deep to inform you on the critical stuff you need to know for the profession. They offer virtual clinicals too through an awesome training program called SIMTICS it's revolutionary and makes it easy to study and learn skills on the go! Thank you CMTI! :D

I liked the courtesy call from the office. The class is pretty straight forward and user friendly. However, life is busy so it's always good to have that little reminder to keep you on track.

I have always been very cautious when it came to signing up for programs, however this program absolutely saved me. It’s a self paced and an affordable way to get your career started. I am so blessed to have found CMTI for my medical assistant school. I am 55 yrs old and have been a CNA/Med tech for over 35 yrs. I wanted a change and had done phlebotomy but just wasn't challenging enough for me. I started looking online for schools to do MA classes that were affordable and short term. I found CMTI, a 14 week course and had a payment plan. It is a great course, very informative to as what you will need to know when working as an MA. The staff is always a message or phone call away and there to help you in any way. I was lucky enough to find a job as an MA a month before I graduated my course. I love my new career. So please if you're looking for a great school, check them out.

I took the MA course online while I worked full time, and I recently completed this course and today I was offered a great job working with heart structural doctors help provide care to patients.

I just finished and everything about this course was amazing! I'm not going to lie it was challenging but very informative. I love that it is self paced but you can always get help from the staff. I just got a job offer and I haven't even taken the national exam yet!

CMTI has mastered the online course for medical assistant it covers everything and the online simulations are very helpful and add the missing pieces to your study the best part is you can go back as much as needed!! Thanks CMTI!! For doing an Awesome job with the online Medical Assistant course!!

Excellent preparation material in content and complexity for the MA exam. Detailed and in depth.

I love everything about it. It has helped me a lot, I have gained so much knowledge doing this course!! I’m already confident in taking the exam and I still have 4 weeks left. The quizzes and stimulations are very helpful and you can take them over and over again to help you remember things even better. I definitely recommend taking this course.

I'm currently enrolled to become recertified through the Medical Assistant program, and this course is wonderful! There is so much more information available than was offered from my previous course, and the staff are so much more helpful! The instructor is amazing and always available for assistance, no matter how many questions you have; and Miss Toni and Mr. Bill are fantastic! If you are looking for a career change in a field that is constantly growing, absolutely reach out to CMTI for the MA program. I'm sure the CDA program is just as awesome as this one; I have heard so many success stories for both programs that I knew I wouldn't live with myself if I didn't call! Also, you CANNOT beat this price!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!
