Order was delivered to an address hundreds of miles away from me. No explanation when support was contacted. They wanted me to check with my neighbors or local post office. Chargeback initiated.

No replies whatsoever regarding sending me a jersey with a random number and name on the back, useless company.. informed a lot of people about this, you’ve truly lost a lot of potential customers

Besteld op 5 augustus 2026. Wel een mail dat verzonden is, maar staat nog steeds: niet bij PostNL ontvangen. Inmiddels meerdere emails gestuurd, maar 0,0 reactie! Niets kopen dus!

Absolutely terrible experience. From start to finish, this was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, the overall experience was frustrating, and i requested a refund and till date i have not received a reply. It felt like nobody cared about doing a good job or making things right.

I honestly regret spending my time and money here. There are plenty of better alternatives, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will not be returning.

Worst support and low quality products!

They ignore emails and DMs. Please avoid

5 weken geleden besteld, nog steeds niks binnen. Mailtjes wordt niet meer op gereageerd. Communicatie niet mogelijk, ben bang dat ik geen shirt meer ontvang

Die Trikots sehen online gut aus. Auch der Shop ist gut aufgebaut. Eines von drei Trikots hatte leider einen Verarbeitungsfehler (schlecht vernäht am Kragen, so dass sich das Trikot faltet).
Auf die E-mails bzgl. Reklamation wurde bis heute nicht reagiert. Weder eine Rückgabe noch ein Untausch scheint daher möglich zu sein.

Really awful service, have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks and no response. Avoid.

Would not recommend buying from here. Bought the Japan football t-shirt which was a stussy x Adidas collaboration. Product arrived and when I peeled the protective sticker off, the logo came off too. Contacted them for a refund/replacement and haven't heard back from them

Quality is so-so but customer service is non-existent. They say you can return (and actually I wanted to replace for a different size so they wouldn’t have lost out) but they just repeatedly ignore requests for info as to how to start a return. Dishonest scammers. Avoid at all costs! And like I say, the shirts aren’t great quality. Paper thin fabric.

Ik had een shirt besteld voor koningsdag, die kwam vier weken later pas binnen. Toen ik hem wilde retourneren heb ik meerdere keren gemaild maar krijg geen reactie

Do not order from this company
I do not believe them to be legitimate. Information being provided regarding an order and paid for over a month ago is sketchy and repetitive. Now raising a charge back with my bank. Avoid!

I have been emailing this company for a refund for a month now. I ordered 3 England shirts over 7 weeks ago that have not been delivered.

I am getting no help whatsoever just the odd email back saying there is a delay!!

I'm so disappointed in their unhelpful responses and refusal to acknowledge my request for a refund.

I do not recommend this company at all!

I placed my order and 3 weeks went by when i suddenly receive an email from them saying that my pack has arrived for me to enjoy it. With surprise I went to my email i had no information about any delivery from any courier service so with the tracking associated to my order (trough the store’s shipping confirmation email). Then trough this track code i managed to find that the pack was delivered to a DHL locker. I didn’t have any information from DHL that allowed me to collect the pack so i contacted them. So, this store messed up my order with some other client info. Short story, they sent my pack with other client address, name and email so someone called Brian went to the locker in his town with the QR code he got on his email and opened the locker. I just paid 3 shirts for some random guy thanks to this service and they don’t even take responsabilities on what they have done, they remove your comments from their photos on IG if you give feedback to other clients on their management. The only time they answered an email only said that they had the correct info on the order, but i know that. The client writes that part so there can’t be mistakes. Mistakes come in when they take action. And mistakes are fine, they happen. What cant happen is running a so called business like scammers

I ordered the package at the beginning of April and wanted it for 27th . It said it would come before 27th and she confirmed that multiple times after dm them to confirm. The order ended up coming on 5 May. And since then I have sent an email that I would like a return and have sent them a message on Instagram but they have not replied even though it says on their website that if you want to return, you have to send an email to that email address. I feel like I've been scammed because I'd like to return the package. I have not even opened it. i'm still waiting for the reply, but it's been a few days.

3 shirts besteld waarvan twee goed waren. 1 van de 3 was niet te vergelijken met de foto’s van het product. Kleuren waren niet hetzelfde, het patroon leek slecht gekopieerd te zijn.
Kwaliteit van alle drie wel goed.
Retourneren leek me het niet waard aangezien ik al een maand heb gewacht om de shirts te ontvangen, Klantenservice was ook niet behulpzaam.

Een shirtje besteld voor koningsdag, kwam 1 dag te laat binnen, kan gebeuren. Maar vervolgens stuur ik meerdere mailtjes om het te retouren en krijg ik nergens antwoord op!

Twee shirtjes besteld voor Koningsdag, deze zijn veel te groot. Twee keer contact gezocht via de mail maar 0 reactie terug. Jammer voor mijn dochter van 15… geld weg. Volgens mij gewoon oplichting. Vindt ik 👎
