This is a scam company ordered 4 weeks ago no replies to email and phone. GET a chargeback from your bank ! Update: I have got a full refund after I left this review. But not after I called a number of times and left emails. Please continue to leave bad reviews then you will get a refund ! Still a scam be careful

Order a shower screen 3 weeks ago still haven't arrived.

Called their number and says all their agents are busy, leave a message.

Sent two emails no response what is this???

Just like all the others below, I fell for this website and yet to receive my order or any correspondence. Guess I’ll be claiming back through my bank!

Like many others reviewing Coaliving they take your money, give no response via email and no updates once monies taken.
I’ve emailed three times with no reply.
Is it too much to ask to review what you pay for?

Terrible service. Ordered my item then didn’t hear from them for weeks. Sent a few follow up emails but again heard nothing. So emailed to cancel the order, again didn’t hear for weeks, sent another email. Got a reply that time saying sorry but they had posted the item that day. Was offered to have the item returned once I had received it but the customer service was so awful I couldn’t be bothered with the headache of organising it with them. I urge everybody to avoid this website and company.

I loved all the products I bought for my bathroom, the prices were great, the quality outstanding and the attentiveness of the people working at COA is really remarkable.

Such a nice mirror - I am so pleased with it. Several different levels of brightness and you cano choose between warm or cold white light. It will demists a square when on which is very handy. Turns on and off by waving your hand in front of it, so you don't have to touch it.

Would not recommend that anyone uses this company. Made an order on 3rd July, 19 days later I’ve still not been given an update on when this will be delivered. I have sent 5 emails and not had one response to any of them, have tried calling numerous times with no answer. Never purchased anything from anywhere with worst service.

Loved the tap so much that I bought another one for the utility. A couple of weeks later I noticed that it is leaking. Reached out to Coa Living via their online form since no apparent email… not heard anything since about replacing the tap and it’s been 6+ weeks now. The other tap is working ok though hence the 3 stars.

I ordered a rug from Coaliving for my garden art studio. It’s absolutely beautiful and perfect for what I needed. I chose the company for their ethical practices and am pleased to support them.

Ordered a kitchen tap weeks ago and should have been delivered. No correspondence from them, no reply to 3 emails and 2 phone messages and numerous calls. Going to contact bank to get refund
