My instructor was really nice and gave me all the tips and information i needed to fix what I was doing wrong.

Richard was very focused, and helped me improve in the exact areas i needed and more. He was attentive and very helpful as well.

I had a very good, responsive, and honest instructor. Kudos to Instructor Michael!

For the most part I like the company. I haven’t had too many issues, but lately communication isn’t good. Their website isn’t great and definitely not easy to use. I had accidentally cancelled my son’s Thursday lesson but meant to cancel Friday instead. They charged me 61 which is fine. I get it. But when I didn’t pay it immediately they locked me out of my account and I couldn’t see my lesson for Friday so we ended up missing it. The invoice for the cancellation fee said it was due May 22nd. I didn’t miss the payment but they blocked me anyways. I mentioned this in text. And never received a response.

Overall I had a great experience.
I was a bit nervous when I walked in but after my first interaction with Coach K I felt confident. He was professional and he pointed out a few things I needed to work on. The Prep time was very useful. Thank you

Douglas was an amazing instructor and is just a fun guy to be around. He helped me understand what the driving test will be like and gave me great advice to pass.

Logan was very nice during my entire lesson. He got me over my slight fear of driving on the highway. He made sure to ask me if I was uncomfortable with what he wanted me to try. (example: doing lane switching, highway driving) I was a little bit nervous, but I got more confidence as I drove for those two hours.

My lesson today with Matthew was absolutely amazing! He went over everything, gave great advice, and was extremely patient. After leaving the lesson, I felt 10x more confident than I had felt prior. I definitely recommend Matthew.

As someone that hasn’t been behind the wheel, and had a ton of anxiety, my instructor Lucifer C. was fantastic! He let me know what I was doing well and how to improve in the areas that needed adjusting. He was very descriptive and gave useful advice on how to correct aspects of my driving. I highly recommend coastline and Lucifer himself :)

This was a great experience, my son got Patrice and she is wonderful. So calming and comforting, just made a stressful thing so much better.

Noelle arrived and we were able to find her after a little bit of searching, then we went off on the road and she was super sweet and understanding. The ride went well and she gave lots of tips. Thank you Noelle for a good experience

Driving instructors were great! I passed my behind the wheel test the first time with coastline academy!

Marco was knowledgable, friendly, and helped calm my nerves as soon as I entered the vehicle. Also having a refresher course before the test itself helped beyoned description. I would definitely suggest Coastline for anybody looking to get their drivers license!

My daughter’s instructor was Dina J. I cannot rave enough about this instructor. She was so sweet, welcoming, comforting and professional. Dina J. Was aware it was my daughter’s first lesson behind the wheel and spoke/instructed my daughter like a caring family member. My daughter finished her 2 hour lesson confident and ready for the next one with Dina J. I highly recommend Dina J. Not only for her experience but for her welcoming personality as well. She is great. I will be recommending her to everyone and using her again for my younger children.

I gave them a two star because their material and content is proficient but other than that, my son completed the program and because he did it on my iPhone as he was going back-and-forth to work with his brother and dad it did not count the hours properly, although he completed the course. They said we’d have to go back and let it play through the system to get the rest of the hours. We have tried that in the website continues to freeze or to pause his session in the last eight hours we have gained an hour and a half.
I feel like they should’ve been honest and let people know ahead of time about not being able to use an iPhone or iPad for his course. And now they say, even though they can see, he finished the course they cannot manually override your apprentice certificate and they quit responding via text as to how to get the program to work better so we can continue and get his certificate. Pretty much way too much problem for what it’s worth. And the customer service is very cut, dry and unable to handle such circumstances.
