Like buying from the Town Market
Order received but it's like buying from a foreigner at the town market. Any issues then I guess it will be hard to communicate with them. I used PayPal so covered myself and I didn't have any issues, so never needed to communicate with them.
Obviously not based in UK as the address is bogus and the return address on the item received was Heathrow.
The item clearly came from China and was produced earlier on in the year and judging from the box it was premade then transported to multiple locations before my purchase.
I received an email in my spam folder after I ordered but it wasn't in my name (I never corrected them on that either as the invoice shown in the email was all correct). It said my doll was being made which will take a week to produce, then a week to dry and then it will be sent.
Well, I didn't order a doll anyway but the item I ordered had already been produced in April according to the translation on the box.
They say this to buy them time to actually send it I guess and when the item is in the UK it then gets converted to a Royal Mail tracking number. Royal Mail had dated the tracking number from the day of my order, but I didn't receive the tracking until a week or so later when they emailed me again (in spam folder and wrong name again) to inform me that my doll was drying and said please use this tracking number in a few days to track your item.
The item arrived in my name and in a postage sack so the box was mostly hidden, mostly. The box was slightly beaten up but the product was fine.
So in conclusion, they are legit but bullshit you a lot. Like I said, its like buying from the town market off a stall with someone that their English is not the their first language.
