Excellent sofa bed and really impressed by the service. Craig was super helpful and showing us the different models and we are super happy with the Alice 3-seater that we purchased. Comfortable to sit on as a sofa and also unusually comfortable to use as a bed. Would recommend! :)

We helped my mum order a sofa bed Xmas time that we were aware wouldn’t be coming for a number of weeks. Craig helped us organise a loaner bed in the mean time which we needed so a carer could come to stay to allow my dad to come out of respite care and come home. The delivery guys delivered it so quickly and were great with my mum explaining to her how it works etc which we are very grateful for. Great system where we can now swap the loaner for the one we ordered once it’s ready to be delivered. Thanks so much Craig for your on line help and the delivery guys Jake and colleague (so sorry I didn’t know his name!) much appreciated

Literally a week before Xmas I was severely let down by another company that delivered half of my sofa and the rest went missing. I was told it would be delivered April 2025!!
As you can imagine, I was very distraught. Had just moved into my new home with my son after a divorce a week before Xmas and wanted to make sure I had a sofa for us and the family visiting to sit on.
Michael was AMAZING!!!! He talked me through my tears and booked a FaceTime call the following day to show me what he had in the showroom. True to his word he called me dead on time and luckily for me, the brand new sofa bed that I originally wanted was in stock and in the colour I wanted! It was meant to be and I believe everything happens for a reason.

It was delivered within 3 days! The delivery guy, Rob, was amazing! He bought the sofa bed in, set it up and showed me how it worked. He even took all the packaging away.

I will one thousand percent recommend Michael and his team and will be forever grateful that they ‘saved my Christmas’
Plus, it’s the most fabulous sofa bed and super comfy!

I rang Cocoon the week before Christmas, in a bit of a panic because another company had let me down, and I needed a sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on for Christmas! They had an Alice two seater in stock, and promised it would be with me in time.

They were incredibly helpful about making sure the bed would fit up my narrow, steep stairs and delightfully reassuring and unfazed by my tail spin anxiety!

Sure enough, the sofa turned up in time and fits perfectly in my tiny, ancient cottage. It’s beautifully made and a superbly clever mechanism. And - best of all - my children have pronounced it comfortable to sleep on!

I could not be more impressed with Cocoon. It’s a fabulous product, clever design and very well made, sold by friendly helpful people who probably aren’t Santa’s elves, but they definitely felt like they might be!!

I cannot recommend this company enough. We ordered our sofa bed in the Black Friday sale which included free shipping. We were kept up to date at every point of the process of manufacture to shipping. The sofa bed was passed to a courier to deliver but unfortunately they weren’t able to deliver until the new year and we were expecting it for Xmas. Naturally we were disappointed but we live in the North of Scotland so understood and this was not Cocoon’s fault. However I received the most wonderful phone call the night I discovered we wouldn’t have it for Christmas. Craig at Cocoon said they were hiring a van and coming to Glasgow to collect and deliver before Christmas after all! Rob delivered the sofa bed and popped it together the weekend before Xmas day. We are so grateful for the absolutely wonderful customer service and the sofa bed itself is the right balance of comfort and support. We absolutely love it and would 100% buy from this company again. Don’t hesitate to buy from these guys!

Everything about the service from choosing the sofa at the display showroom, the quality of the sofa and the delivery men who built it when it arrived was excellent.
My only gripe was regarding the delivery timings. We had an initial delivery slot date that was just over a month after purchase and were impressed with how quick that would be. But as that delivery date was approaching I wasn't receiving any updates of progress. It required me clicking through on the delivery tracker email to discover that with a few days to go my delivery slot had been delayed by a month without receiving any kind of email notification stating this. And as that new date approached, the date looked to slip a few days from what was initially indicated, again without any real update.
In the end it all worked out fine but more transparency of the delivery process and proactive communication when things are delayed would have been appreciated.

My sofa bed arrived this morning, bright and early (fabulously early start for the very pleasant deliverers). It was installed quickly and efficiently and I was clearly shown how to operate it. Now I'm lying on it and it's so comfortable! And so chic!! Thank you for your hard work in making it before Christmas 😊

Early delivery on our beautiful new sofa chair. It looks wonderful!... just what we wanted! So happy with our choice. Great decision to purchase this versatile piece of furniture. So many fabrics to choose from and very helpful staff. First rate communication through the whole process.

I brought a returned bed to reduce the delivery lead time but it still took 2 months to deliver & after getting back from my long Spanish Autum break i found out that the fixtures were not correct and the slotting of the two sofa elements results in one or other being 1 cm off the floor. Quality of delivery and set up needs to match the excellent quality of the sofa itself.

Prefer firmer beds like this one. This was very firm, maybe too firm for a chair. Narrow too, ideal for me but could be a little wider for larger sizes.

The sofa bed is lovely but until we have had a chance to see how it performs and lasts we cannot comment to these silly requests for comment so soon after it has been purchased.

Our new sofa bed is beautiful and works brilliantly as a sofa. Most sofa beds can say this but this one is also a fantastic bed! Really well-built, arrived earlier than expected. Really happy with it!

I wouldn’t go so far as to not recommend a Cocoon sofa bed. It is comfortable and looks good.
They lost three stars due to their pitiful service which consisted mainly of broken promises and delayed delivery.
I ordered a sofa 17th May so my planned visitors arriving 10th July would have somewhere comfortable to sleep. This, I thought, would give adequate time according to Cocoon’s 28 working day delivery plus a few days’ contingency (I also mentioned it in the order as they advised).
My visitors came and went.
The first attempted delivery of the sofa bed was on 26th July (van broke down), followed by another attempted delivery on 2nd August, this time the sofa bed arrived damaged and had to be returned.
I finally received the sofa bed on 18th October (111 working days for those counting) - a whole 5 months after ordering and way beyond the initial estimated delivery of 18th June, then 8th July, then 18th July etc. etc…..
Yes – Cocoon repaid me £75 as I had to buy an air bed for my guests, but this was only after they wanted me to pay £148 for the privilege of them loaning me a sofa bed. A sofa bed I wouldn’t have needed if they had honoured their original delivery schedule.
