Useless on a plane. The back of your head still touches the seat with a gap between the pillow and airplane head rest. Same applies if you lean up against the window. It is not supportive and not big enough.Save your money because there are better products out there and this one doesn't work
Absolute Drop Ship rubbish! Cheap, thin, not remotely supportive! I WARN YOU…DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY THIS OR ANY COCOON PRODUCT! Cheap Chinese rubbish sold at a huge cost. They should be reported to the ACCC AND consumer rights Ombudsman.
I recently purchased the Cocoon Travel Pillow, and I couldn’t be happier! The product itself is excellent and comfortable, supportive, and perfect for long trips. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding, friendly, and super helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely recommend this to a friend!

I’ve tried a bunch of travel pillows over the years and most of them are pretty average. This one actually supports your neck properly and stops your head from flopping around. Used it on a long flight and it made a huge difference. The sleep mask and ear plugs are a nice touch too. Would definitely recommend if you travel a lot.
I love it! Very happy with my cocoon and the whole travel bundle as well. I got it as a gift from my partner and have used it 4 times already and it's been a huge help to and from NZ. Definitely recommend
I bought the couple’s offer and it’s been amazing. We used it on our recent flight with my husband and it was incredibly supportive. I usually struggle to sleep on planes because of my poor sleeping habits, but Cocoon gave me the comfort and support I needed. It's compact and very soft, your neck will thank you.
Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas to travel with the following week. We found that the Velcro was too small and the pillows didn’t fit properly. It was too late to exchange so we bought cheaper alternatives. When I asked for a refund we were offered larger Velcro straps (not sure how that would work) and that we would have to pay for the return ourselves if we did not accept the offer. Do not buy from these dodgy sellers!
Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT buy this product . Cheap and nasty .. Velcro isn’t anywhere near where it needs to be to adjust for your comfort .

Says on the site 90 day return for refund if unhappy! Sent in my complaint asking for a refund to be offered 20% and keep as they said “ the most comfortable pillow “ I replied but it isn’t them comfortable at all!
When I replied to there email to decline and ask for a full refund once again, to now my email being returned not receiving!!
So what is that telling you? I wasn’t rude, just asking for a refund the site offers😪
I bought the ear plugs and they are the worst I have ever tried. Do not work, uncomfortable and unfortunately due to hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. Do not waste your money as these should not even be on the market
Bought 2 pillows. One is way larger than the other and cant use the Velcro as it wont reach it. I tried to return it and was offered a discount to keep it. To send it back you have to pay your own postage plus admin and handling fee of 20 bucks, so you'd be lucky to get around $18 for a refund. Felt ripped off.
The Cocoon Travel Pillow is too large for my neck and the velcro not long enough to adjust for a smaller fit. I emailed for return information and they offered me 20% and keep the pillow, this is not sufficient I don't want the pillow so I politely declined the 20% refund and requested Return details... now it's 30% refund... I do not think this is an Australian company... only other time I have had this situation is when the goods came from China (but I knew i was ordering from OS).
Shipping was timely, but the product was shipped from China and smelt really bad on arrival. The pillow is very large, I’m assuming to help with a one size fits all. I personally couldn’t wear it as it was very large and didn’t hold my head up. So not a comfortable design.
