EC-Council Avis 7

I purchased a course (Indian instructor) from iclass.eccouncil.org, but after the completion of the transaction I didn't receive any further communication from their side. The email address they provided in PayPal (indian.name)@eccouncil.org doesn't exist (getting the postmaster error message).
I used their contact form through the ec-council site. 8 days later, I still don't have access, they redirect me to different indian ladies from support helpdesk, promising that I will get access to the course soon through codered, or telling lies that course access details sent to my email. I provide all the information and screenshots to prove that I don't have access to the course yet, just to get another round of useless emails and promises only, but not delivering the course I paid.

Well, I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. I subscribed to one of their courses on November 13, paid the suggested price plus taxes, and never got access to it. I'm wondering how I can get my money back.
I won't recommend such a terrible experience to anybody!

I bought their end of year sale where I paid for one cert and got the other half off. It’s now July and from January I’ve been trying back and forth to get access to my lessons on the computer. No one in their tech side can help me apparently and every email request I send they’ll tell me they received it never reach out to me then send me a survey. Long story short save your money and your time.

I purchased some separate courses which were nearly equals to the value of their pro subscription but I wanted them not to expire so instead of going for pro I purchased individual courses, the dashboard does not show any expiration date as the column was empty and they emptied out all the courses after a year, there was no proper channel to contact, I somehow managed to create a ticket with them and they said it is what it is, the courses are only for 1 year. I explored their whole website there is not a single spot where they have mentioned it that the courses will also expire after 1 year, they mention it for pro plan only.

Short:
1. You purchase course bundle and after some time
You have no access to them
(In Udemy and other if you buy a sale bundle it is in your account 4 ever)
2. No reply from support
3. Quality depends on the instructor but some of the courses in my bundle are "free" now so you can imagine

I purchased a bundle for cyber training in March. I never got the bundle nor any response to my mails. As I made the purchase with paypal I had all the proofs for my paiement but without answers I was not able to get any information on what was going on.
For now I can only give the advice not to buy anything on their site.
I'm very disappointed, because Ec-council has always been a reliable company.

I have purchased several short cyber security courses at good discounted rate, made the payment, logged into my profile and nothing is on it. So, I emailed CODE RED (EC-Council) about it and then I got a reply asking me for proof, which I have emailed them all the screenshots, I have been since getting just brief reply asking me to be patient and it has been over a month and they have done nothing to resolve this, I would be staying away from them and would not buy any courses, I am starting to question whether EC-Council has anything to do with it, because why would EC Council give such a weird organization to use its name. I have all the screenshots of all the communication, I will be making sure the cyber security community is aware of this. Because student shall not be scammed.
