We were kept informed of expected delivery dates. The packaging was excellent, secure to prevent breakages but eco friendly. Very good service. As always good delivery service via DPD.

Tumblers were well packed and arrived…
Tumblers were well packed and arrived quickly. They were smaller than my previous half pint tumblers but these were half pint to the brim, not to a mark.

Half-pint Glasses
I was looking for everyday half-pint glasses that didn't look like something nicked from a pub. These fitted the bill very well, being of a classy design and just what was required. Communication was quick and helpful and delivery prompt, with the glasses well protected from damage.

Not sure how I came across Coffee Cups.co.uk.
I had just treated myself to a new coffee machine and decided to have proper cups for proper coffee. Little espresso ones, cappuccino ones and glasses for a cortado. So I googled. There is an amazing choice, great prices and the cups are made in England. I know the site is probably aimed at the cafe/restaurant trade, but you can buy any amount…and they are perfect.
Delivery was well packaged and very quickly delivered.

Absolutely brilliant company, firstly items are high quality, well packaged and delivered promptly (and that’s not just me copy-pasting from my default feedback)
Have also dealt with their customer service and they were helpful, knowledgable, friendly and even followed up when the item I was querying came back in stock. Cannot fault their products or their service.

Unique shop with huge variety
First time and a satisfied customer.
I spotted these beautiful mugs in a coffee shop. Absolutely loved it. Searched for it and found CoffeeCups.
The whole process was very smooth. Good communication and just right amount of it. Prompt delivery. Securely and safely wrapped and packed goods.
