Cognitively has massively helped me with my university studies. I can now focus better and keep on top of work. I’m getting better grades and feel more motivated than ever. It also tastes nice which is a pleasant surprise!

I was delighted to find this product. First of all it’s produced in the UK. Second, I could totally relate. My daughter is 14 and has ADHD. This mum is me! But she’s done all the hardwork 🙏🏼 So I thought I’d give it a go. We are currently 13 days in and I have to say I have noticed that she is calmer and happier!!! It’s hard to say by how much. It’s not dramatic, but it is enough for me to think that I will have to continue with the product. This causes me some stress as it is expensive. But I can see from the extensive list of ingredients that it isn’t overpriced. I know that these things aren’t cheap. If you’re thinking of buying it I’d say absolutely, give it a go!

Update…. A few months on from starting.
Daughter was ill with a bad cold so she really didn’t want to take this. She’s not a fan of the taste generally so I didn’t force her when she was feeling so rough. She was off it for about 8 days. OMG!!! The difference! She was awful! It was a very useful situation because it has shown us just what an effect it has had on her mood and for calming her mind. She got back on it yesterday and noticed the change straight away.
So what have we learned…. We will never go a single day without her taking this. Customer for life!

Sharon is so responsive to all my questions prior and after purchase. I bought the bundle for my 16 year old daughter and myself. We have taken it for 8 days. Prior to this we took about 8 tablets - vit b, iron, zinc, omega 3, magnesium and for me - collagen, menopause from another company and both take (and still do) a chew for gut health. I really recommend these products - they taste great, they are part of our routine already after dinner and we both definitely feel a

My daughter has had the toughest of years but lately things are going better and this product seems to suit her really well - she prepared it herself tonight as I was busy and as anyone knows - a 16 year old won’t do anything they don’t want to! I like it because it feels light and clean and I feel calmer and more able to cope with all the stresses that life brings on. Without breaking my daughters privacy, she is definitely seeing and feeling the benefits. Thank you Sharon. I am now subscribing as it works so well!

The product was a bit strong for me, due to me having no caffeine intake. But it has worked well for a number of friends

This supplement tastes very strongly of coffee and sweetener. It leaves a taste in your mouth like too much saccharine. It’s not an unpleasant taste but it’s very strong.
After three days of use I became really unwell. Upset tummy, griping pains, lots of bloating and nausea. I’ve stopped taking it. I may restart but with a half measure. At the moment however I can’t face it.

The bags are small for the price. The taste isn’t that great either. I’m hoping it will change my ADHD daughter’s life, but she’s super sensory and didn’t like the taste. I’ll have to disguise it in food another way. I’ll update if I become impressed with the product.

I've come to rely on Focus blend, it's consistently benefitial in helping me and my daughter manage stressful work and study days with our A.S.D. and A.D.D. We've come to depend on the clarity and energy that the Focus Blend gives us.
It's always delivered promptly too.

I've only been using the product a few days, so in terms of the mental benefits, I'll submit another review when I've been taking it consistently for a few months. However, my rating this time reflects that I don't find the product to be very user friendly, especially for ADHD suffers like me, who tend to be forgetful or overwhelmed easily. Having a flavoured powder that you need to find something to stir into/drink just adds another step into your routine that ideally needs to be kept as streamlined as possible. There's also a small element of wastage when it's stirred in to something. It would make more sense for this to be in capsule form, so that it can be taken along with any other medication or supplements, also making it easier and lighter to travel with and take on holidays etc. These ingredients are a must if you suffer with ADHD, not just a 'nice to have' and with that in mind, you can't really afford to miss a dose. The flavour however, is really nice, a bit like Cocopops! And tastes fine when added to coffee but again, this is quite limiting. Would be great to see this released without the added flavour and in simple capsule form which would make it perfect!

Cognitively has made me a functioning human again!
After giving birth to my wee one, my ADHD symptoms got much worse. Cognitively has helped me focus; I can organise my days (weeks, months) again, I find myself forgetting things less, my sense of time has improved enormously...

I have been (trying) to use cognitively for a couple of weeks now. I do feel that it is helping my symptoms, which is why I have persevered in taking it. I have found it difficult to take as it tastes horrible and the powder does not dissolve in milk, but clumps.

My second order for my 9 year old son with ASD and ADHD. He gets all the nutrients he needs, as he is a picky eater. Can’t comment on the cognitive function and focus, as he is still having hard times with those things. Fast delivery. I will order again.

Product arrived in lovely packaging. My daughter has been taking this every morning before school & it’s definitely having a positive impact on her. She seems brighter , more focused and interested in her school work. This is the real deal ! I never write reviews because quite often things don’t live up to expectations. However this is different. I have much more focus and energy after taking my focus powder in a smoothie. It’s a game changer and I will never be without it now . Wonderful product and great company

Really fantastic product…. I’m suffering terrible brain fog and mood swings with peri menopause and this has helped enormously. I feel more balanced, less angry and my ability to think straight so much better. I’d thoroughly recommend.

I’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD. I’m also going through the menopause so I hoped Cognitively would help with both issues. I was surprised at how calm it made me feel from the get go. I also feel like I have more energy and focus. I take it in the morning with oat milk and ice, like an iced coffee, and I like the taste. I also add my protein powder so it’s one less thing to think about! The story and the people behind this product are inspiring. I’d totally recommend it.

My symptoms are related to menopause and it was great after a few days to feel the benefit of Cognitively Focus. I took the product as a morning small shot in water and oat milk as I am not a fan of mocha flavour. That’s ok ✅ as immediately the benefits were kicking in.

I feel I have more energy, less of my brain fog and emotional and anxiety symptoms are so much better too which is all part of menopause.

Highly recommended product to everyone who really wants to brain wellness and energy.

My daughter has been taking cognitively for a month and we have seen massive improvements. She has sensory processing difficulties, some cognitive processing difficulties and we were considering a referral for an assessment for ADHD. Her difficulties made it hard for her to motivate and organise herself and she frequently felt overwhelmed, resulting in meltdowns and being late / off school.
Since she has been taking cognitively, she has been able to motivate and organise herself better and she has not experienced any meltdowns. Life is calmer at school and home. We have always focused on gut health and she was also taking various individual supplements. We have stopped those and just use cognitively.
I really admire that a Mum has developed this to help her daughter and so thankful that it has also helped mine, as I'm sure it will help other young people.
