When i got close to cashing out they deducted of my earnings, they did this twice, I contacted them and sent screen shots. I have invested In this at all! I told them I reporting them.

Shady business with scam ads, e-mail spam, and poor redeeming options and support
Full of scam ads.
Poor redeeming options, been mining for 1+ year and still can't redeem anything, virtually impossible to redeem anything meaningful or useful without paying.
Useless support, had an issue with the Home Base option not appearing and they kept forwarding me to unhelpful articles, repeating I needed to mine more, and then ignoring me. Asked a friend and he quickly solved it in ~1 minute by explaining I simply needed to press the current tile, play the minigame, mine, and repeat this a couple of times in a row.
Constantly spams you with fake, unsolicited e-mails about free wheel spins. You press the button, the app opens, and no free wheel spins are available (no, I don't have multiple accounts).
My negative review on the Google Play Store was removed without my knowledge and I was blocked from rating the app or writing a new review.

Many of our users love the ability to redeem for both digital and physical goods, and we offer 20+ redeem options. Is there a different redeem item you've been wanting to see in the app? Regarding your wheel spin issue, it's highly likely that you have multiple COIN accounts under different emails, and your app may be logged into the incorrect one. We recommend checking what email you received your free wheel spin for, and ensuring that your app is logged into the correct account. We recommend only one account under one email to avoid issues such as this.

It was good not the best but payment has no option only Coinbase in the process of transferring from Coinbase to Trust wallet and from Trust wallet to Binance I lost all the $55 equivalent. Now Coinbase is not accepting any transfer from Coinapp. Kindly add Binance to the Coinapp payment. Thou I had lost 2 months subscription payment.

Hello! We're sorry to hear your secondary transfers were not successful after your successful COIN redeem. Please note that our tokens are not listed on Binance at this time, so any transfers to Binance may not be supported, as the tokens are not supported. You can redeem to Coinbase or directly to an ERC-20 compatible wallet, such as Trust Wallet. We do not recommend transferring tokens to a wallet or exchange that does not offer compatibility with our tokens.

After some time I logged in again and found out that my account was suspended.
After contacting the support, I only got a blunt and primitive automatic reply.
Luckily haven't invested any money in this scam app.
Avoid them.
Earlier when I have been using it, it was not even yielding any substantial benefit, so I stopped. I left reviews about this and my opinion and left.
Probably they can't really handle the truth, or critics, so they hit back with their only way, suspending your account.
That's pretty "grown up" and tells a lot about them.
