They come up with some BS to stop users from withdrawing. i mean u deposit your funds then they take it and refuse to allow you to withdraw.. AVOID THIS PLATFORM BY ALL MEANS

🚨 Lost 6.8M BTS Tokens – Coinflare Refuses Recovery 🚨

I mistakenly sent 6.8M $BTS tokens from MEXC to my Cosmos address on Coinflare (via an unsupported network).

The funds reached the address controlled by Coinflare, but support keeps saying “nothing can be done” — even after I offered to pay a recovery fee.

Binance, KuCoin, MEXC, and others confirmed: only Coinflare can access the funds and return them.

I’ve sent detailed TXIDs, screenshots, and proof — yet still being ignored.

If anyone from @Coinflare or the community can help escalate this, please share.

This is not just about my loss — it’s about responsibility and user trust in crypto exchanges.

Yeah, as others have stated, if you're trying to get your tax information from Coinflare, you're screwed 💀

As of writing this they only display tax information on site up to 3 months from present, which is ridiculous. In fact, when I asked about this, they didn't even mention the API, which makes me sceptical of it even providing much more than 3 months data.

Additionally, It looks like their derivatives platform is manipulated so clients lose money fast by doing very little. I only lost money on this site and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, likely not even experienced traders 😂

I’ve been trying for weeks to get my full 2024 transaction history from Coinflare for tax reporting purposes. Their dashboard only shows the last 3 months and support keeps repeating the same answer: “use the API.”

I’ve explained multiple times that I’m not a developer and cannot use an API. I asked for basic help like a PDF or CSV export of my own data and was told it's not possible.

This is unacceptable for a financial platform. Users should not be blocked from accessing their own records just because they aren’t programmers.

If you care about tax compliance or basic support, I strongly suggest avoiding Coinflare until they fix this.

No verification headaches, just fast and secure crypto trading!

Both deposit and withdrawals worked well. The No KYC requirement is still valid. Very good exchange indeed, especially for newbies in the crypto space

Coinflare is simple and easy. The best thing is you don't need kyc. compare to other exchanges i find it super easy to make profits on Coinflare.
