I tried to verify my account with valid documentation, when their verification software wouldn’t work for me I asked customer support for assistance. Instead of any kind of assistance they decided to take my money I spent on the welcome offer and permanently close my account. A joke of a company that wouldn’t even give me the chance to enjoy the site for no reason at all.

Update - Currently lowering my rating. I was notified that my redemption was cancelled and that I cancelled it. A hour after submitting my redemption, I took a 7-day break. I am currently unable to access my account at all. Therefore, no way I could have cancelled my redemption.

This seems to be a going trend looking at other reviews. The lack of response from customer service is frustrating. Will update my review after/if I receive my redemption.

Currently waiting on a 10,000sc redemption that was placed on a Saturday. I understand their processing times are on business days, so I will have to wait. If they do process and pay out in a reasonable amount of time, I will be for sure changing this to a 5 star.

Only thing is I wish there was a easy way to contact support during the time you take a break for. I put in a seven day break after I put my redemption in, and have some other questions with no way I have found to contact support. This casino is great. I have played and redeemed. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the redemptions. I will boost to 5 stars once this last redemption i put in is fulfilled. At first I was questioning this site because nothing was hitting but then it all started acting like these other casinos and bam. I redeemed like 200 and had it in skrill in a couple of hours. Then I redeemed 101 again had it in a couple of hours. This is just my opinion at the moment and may change with time and experiences. 3 stars for now and that may go up or it may go down.
