Looks like most online casinos they definitely take your money but if you happen to win maybe half of what you deposited they will cancel your request then if you try again will ignore you I think this site is a scam and I would only recommend if you like giving money away not receiving. Still waiting 7 days when I ask help they respond usually takes 3 business days when I ask what’s going on why 7 days no response even after waiting 2 days for response.

They clearly don’t care about their customers. I won 100sc and I redeemed it 4 days ago just for them to approve others payouts except mine, so I redid it again and they wouldn’t give me the code to verify and kept making me do multiple face scans. I put my info in and still couldn’t redeem, reached out to chat support and they were pretty non-existent. The bonuses are trash too, this website can receive deposits but difficult to payout. Highly don’t recommend you put a single cent into this site.

I’m rather disappointed in this site with the redemption time. It’s going on over 3 days and my request is still stuck on the first step with 0 movemnet. I did gift cards because every other site is pretty quick with gift cards but my redemption hasn’t even been looked at yet and I just keep getting the same generic response back from customer service. I did have high hopes in this casino ad was referring my friends to it but now I feel silly seeing I redeemed on Monday morning and it’s now almost the end of the week and I have 0 movement.

They advertise 24 hr redemption on Skrill well I have now Ben waiting for 5 days an still no redemption at first they would answer an say they were still in there window of 1 to 3 days when it’s never disclosed like that anywhere else but now they are not even responding just an other scam site stay away

I won once in the very beginning, cashed out $5000 no problems. After many deposits later, EVERY SINGLE GAME is an absolute loser. Doesn’t matter what time of day, denomination I spin, every single one is loss after loss. It also seems others have had the same issue that the initial game play was great and now that time has passed, it’s recycled, predictable losing spins. I permanently closed my account. The customer service times are absolutely trash as well. Taking over a week to hear back about anything on multiple occasions. Heres another scam casino, their advertised RTP is fake. although 94% is very low anyways. bad selection of games, no customer service. no refund. Will be disputing this garbage fraudulent charge.

They have stalled on processing my redemption for 1600. They engage in deceitful marketing tactics, non existent customer support. And when you do get a reply your told to deal with it or they'll close your account.

Employees like robby tell you not to ask again, that im at their mercy so to basically stfu. Im in contact with my attorney about filing a lawsuit.
